Purpose: The basic physical activities of the human body and the completion of a variety of complex dynamic technical movements depend on the physiological function of balance.Progressive resistance training is a common and easy exercise in fitness activities, which plays an indispensable role in improving muscle strength and body function. In this experiment, aiming at the characteristics of college students' insufficient attention to balance ability and consciousness, the effect of resistance training on static balance ability of college students was explored by using progressive resistance training method. It is found that the long-term resistance training has an effect on the static balance ability and physical strength quality training of college students, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for improving the balance ability and comprehensive strength quality training of college students. Methods: A total of 83 college students(42 boys and 41 girls)without physical exercise were selected.12 people were randomly divided into the control group,71 people in the experimental group, the control group did not receive any strength training, and the experimental group received progressive resistance training. Before and after the experiment, all subjects were tested with the Super Balance tester and IsoMed2000 lower limb pedal system.Subjects stood with their feet open(30s),eyes closed with both feet(30s),eyes open with one foot(20s),and eyes closed with one foot(10s)on the balance tester with both feet or dominant feet.Subjects were tested for isokinetic and isokinetic muscle strength in the lower limb pedaling system and the data were statistically analyzed. Results: 1.There were significant differences in the outer area of the center-of-gravity shift(X)and Y-axis direction trajectory length, mean center-of-gravity shift and mean body swing velocity, showing statistical significance. When the eyes are closed on one foot, the outer area of the center of gravity of boys is larger, which may be related to the fact that boys are taller and heavier than girls. In the process of standing with one foot open, the track length of the body in front, back and left and right directions is smaller than that of the boy,and the swing range of the body is smaller.2.The energy distribution in the frontal lobe, temporal lobe and occipital lobe of the brain is relatively uniform at the same level, and the energy of each organ has been improved after resistance training. The energy system of occipital lobe also increased after training and increased to 75.18±16.29 before training, showing statistical significance(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the ear energy system(P<0.01),which increased from 42.36±12.54 before resistance training to 44.55±12.19.3.In the isokinetic test of lower limbs, the total work of flexion and extension peak muscle strength, flexion and extension ratio, and the maximum muscle strength of isokinetic muscle contraction were correlated with the balance stability coefficient, balance index and center of gravity deviation to different degrees;Among them, the total work of flexion and extension peak strength, balance stability coefficient, balance index and center of gravity deviation amplitude showed moderate correlation. The flexion to extension ratio of isokinetic muscle strength, the peak muscle strength of isokinetic muscle strength and the barycenter deviation of balance ability were highly correlated. Conclusions: 1.Progressive resistance training can effectively improve the static balance ability of college students. The control ability can be enhanced and the swing range of body in unstable state is smaller.2.Resistance training can improve the energy reserve related to the body's horizontal energy ability, improve the information integration ability of the frontal lobe, occipital lobe and sensory system, and improve the response speed of motor information.3.Resistance training can quickly improve the muscle strength of college students in a short period of time, which increases by more than 50%.The enhancement of lower limb muscle strength has a positive promoting effect on the static balance ability of college students, and plays an important role in improving the body's ability to correct when the supporting conditions and visual conditions change.
