With the further improvement of the modern vocational education system,the enrollment of higher vocational colleges has been expanded,the channels of secondary vocational education have been unblocked,and the opportunities for further education have increased.Under the influence of the concept of life-long education,the internal demand of secondary vocational school students for education is constantly improving,and further education has gradually become an important performance of secondary vocational school students' pursuit of life-long education.In addition,the rapid development of market economy leads to the continuous change of industrial structure,which requires the transformation and upgrading of talent structure.For the employment oriented secondary vocational education,it is related to the vital development and interests of the whole society and millions of students to choose to continue to go to school or to work after graduation.According to the survey data of the National Bureau of statistics at this stage,most secondary vocational students regard going to school as the first choice after graduation.In the face of the problem of "high school entrance fever",researchers pay more attention to the causes and development trend of "high school entrance fever",neglecting the generation and formation process of students' intention of entering school before entering school.This research is based on the theory of planned behavior,and the intention of secondary vocational school students to enter school is the research object.It explores the factors that affect the intention of secondary vocational school students to enter school and the degree of influence of these factors on the intention of entering school,understands the formation process and internal mechanism of the intention of secondary vocational school students to enter school,and explores the ways and methods that are beneficial to the secondary vocational school students.Based on the previous research results on the promotion of secondary vocational students and the integration of interview materials,this paper extracts the factors that affect the promotion intention of secondary vocational students,constructs the influencing factors model of the promotion intention of secondary vocational students according to the theoretical framework of planned behavior,and puts forward research hypotheses,and based on this,prepares the questionnaire of the promotion intention of secondary vocational students,and then conducts a survey on 160 secondary vocational students Vocational students carry out pre survey,modify the final questionnaire according to the results of pre survey,and finally issue 650 formal questionnaires to collect 607 valid questionnaires.Use spss19.0 to describe the sample data,analyze the difference,correlation and regression,and draw the following conclusions:First,the behavior attitude has a significant positive impact on the intention of secondary vocational school students to enter school,which is higher than the subjective norms and perceptual behavior control.Second,subjective norms have a positive impact on the intention of secondary vocational school students to enter school.Parents are an important group of secondary vocational school students' intention to enter school.Third,perceptual behavior control has a positive effect on secondary vocational school students' intention to enter school.The internal behavior belief of secondary vocational school students is an important factor affecting their intention to enter school,and the external convenience cognition has no obvious effect on their intention to enter school.Fourth,the theoretical model of planned behavior has a good explanatory and predictive power to the students' intention to enter the secondary vocational school.Fifthly,social demographic factors have no significant effect on Secondary Vocational Students' intention to enter schoolBased on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: to clarify the demands of entering school,to improve the motivation of entering school,to enhance the positive attitude towards entering school of secondary vocational school students;to enhance self-awareness based on career development,to improve the internal control beliefs of secondary vocational school students;to attach importance to emotional support and respect for students' choice,to enhance the subjective norms of entering school of secondary vocational school students;to integrate effective resources and strengthen the guidance of entering school,so as to facilitate the smooth entry of secondary vocational school students Provide support.
