A Practical Study Of EAP In Balancing The Work-life Of Employees In Enterprises

Work and life are the two main fields of human activities.Work is the role orientation of each laborer in the social division of labor to reflect social value and self-worth,and the process of laborer to satisfy people's survival and continue social development through labor.Life mainly refers to the content related to family and personal life after work,including domestic work,raising children,supporting the elderly and personal education,quality,thought,etc.In order to enrich individual's spiritual needs and work rest needs.With the rapid development of China's economy,people 's life is getting faster and faster,the increase of work pressure and the acceleration of life rhythm,the conflict between work and life has become increasingly prominent,which has brought negative impact on enterprises and employees.How to balance the work and life of employees It has become a problem of common concern in academia and society.In this thesis,F enterprise employees are taken as the research object.On the basis of fully summarizing the research results at home and abroad,the work life balance problems of employees are measured and evaluated in the form of structured interviews and questionnaires.It is found that the work life balance problems of enterprises are prominent.The differences in organizational perception of work life balance of employees in different departments,genders,marriage and childbearing conditions is obvious and there are significant differences in work life balance,among which married and pregnant women are the most serious problems.Therefore,EAP in corporate social work is used to carry out practical research from three aspects: enterprise management,enterprise employee childcare service and enterprise volunteer cultivation,hoping to provide a solution to balance the work life of enterprise employees.
