"Farmers,countryside and agriculture" problem has been praised by social broad attention.In the urbanization process is accelerated the new normal,Rural labor transfer to city,Agricultural development is facing the subsequent Labor shortage problem of reality.2012 central document proposed to cultivate new professional farmers",Through education and training,foster a batch of have culture,understand the technology of high-quality new farmers.Since 2014,Nanning government and relevant departments attach importance to and actively implement the new vocational training of farmers,obtained many achievements.To do a good job in the training of new farmers is conducive to the realization of agricultural modernization,the promotion of new rural construction,to solve the problem of the shortage of agricultural labor.In this paper,the use of literature research method,based on reading and collecting a large number of references,introduces the background of the new professional farmers training policy,research status at home and abroad and do a good job in the new theoretical study of the significance of vocational training.Based on defining the connotation of peasant farmers and new occupation,analyze the difference and connection of the two.Through introducing the connotation and mode of new vocational farmers training,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three training models of new vocational farmers,and then discusses the importance of doing a good job of training new type of professional farmers.On the current situation of Nanning city new occupation farmer training as the main research object,and put forward the development process of Nanning new occupation farmer training policy,the main training mode,training object selection and confirmation of management procedures and training results are introduced.Using the survey method and interview method,the new professional farmers training of farmers with questionnaire and interview,find out the problems existing in the training and its causes.Through the comparative study method,starting from the view of comparative,fully draw lessons from foreign farmer vocational education model and typical experience,and combined with Nanning new occupation farmer the actual training,from the government,put forward some suggestions to improve Nanning city of new occupation farmer training work training units and farmers own three aspects.The study found that the new type of vocational training in Nanning,the main government driven and government enterprise cooperation two training models,Through training,improve the overall quality of farmers,farmers'satisfaction with training up to 97.35%.There are many deficiencies in the implementation of the training policy in Nanning,which is mainly in the three aspects of the government,the training unit and the farmers themselves.One is the government to ignore the farmer training place demands,choice is far from the city's rural areas to carry out training,training costs,It is difficult to form large-scale training.The training object selection work needs to be improved,the training object sex ratio imbalance,age structure is not reasonable,low education level.The training unit appraisal work in place,improper use of training resources.The two is the training units of the training system is not perfect.The teacher evaluation mechanism is not perfect,the teaching facilities are backward,lack of training base.The three is the contradiction of farmers participating in the training work,the training enthusiasm is not high.In Nanning city the new occupation farmer training work,causes of training the analysis of the problems and learn from foreign experience based on the occupation education of farmers,Nanning new vocational training work of the peasants of countermeasures and Suggestions.First of all,the government should establish and perfect the training unit the evaluation mechanism;make training policy propaganda work;broaden the training channels,expand the scale of training;training object selection.Secondly,the training units must improve teacher evaluation system;improve the teaching work,establish a sound feedback interaction mechanism;Strengthen the management of students.Thirdly,the farmers to correct learning attitude,enhance the sense of responsibility,earnestly fulfill the training work.
