Study On The Change Process Of Social Work Organization's Autonomy

Autonomy is a key factor in maintaining the social welfare and uniqueness of social work organizations.However,in the actual work process,due to the lack of professionalism in certain government decisions,the lack of flexibility in grassroots organizations,and the single source of institutional resources,it has led to unreasonable restrictions on the autonomy of social work organizations,and affected service levels.In addition,previous studies lacked the observation and description of the micro-process of the changes in the social work organization's autonomy,and could not understand the internal and external causes and influencing factors of the social work organization's autonomy change.The research on the autonomy of social work institutions is weak and blank.This study is based on the author's three-month internship at the institution,using case studies.The V project incubated by Shenzhen S social work organization and purchased by the government was taken as the research object,and the data was collected using the participation observation method and interview method.Starting from the data,vertically describe the performance of institutional autonomy during the project incubation period,bidding period,implementation period,and promotion period;horizontally analyze the impact of various relevant entities on institutional autonomy.This effect is sometimes reasonable and flexible,and sometimes unreasonable and obstructive.Finally,the principal agent and resource dependence related research are mainly used to analyze the reasons for the unreasonable limitation of autonomy and put forward suggestions to improve the autonomy of the organization.This study analyzes the dynamic changes of autonomy from the micro-behavior level of social work organizations,makes up for the deficiencies of previous research,and gives practical suggestions to enhance the autonomy of social work organizations.It is of great significance for clarifying political and social relations,promoting good cooperation between all parties,and improving service quality.
