School-based curriculum is a curriculum developed by the school according to the local characteristic resources,combined with the actual situation of the school and the needs of the students,which can effectively promote the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the students and form the characteristic culture classroom.Paper cutting in Northern Shaanxi is a comprehensive embodiment of local folk culture and art,and a high-quality resource for school-based curriculum development.Based on the investigation of four primary schools in Baota District,Yan'an City,the author finds that under the influence of foreign culture,teachers and students have insufficient cognition of paper-cut in Northern Shaanxi,and there are few school-based courses in Northern Shaanxi.In order to enrich the content of school-based courses in Northern Shaanxi,and better inherit and promote the paper-cut in Northern Shaanxi.Based on the theory of wigowski's recent development zone and humanistic learning theory,the author puts forward the principles of curriculum development that insist on education,development and flexibility,and sets the school-based curriculum goal of art in the paper-cut primary school in Northern Shaanxi.The school-based art curriculum of paper-cut primary school in Northern Shaanxi has been completed.First of all,the selection of art school-based curriculum content of paper-cut primary school in Northern Shaanxi mainly follows the principles of tradition,aesthetic perception,life experience and interest discovery,and designs the specific content of art school-based curriculum of paper-cut primary school in Northern Shaanxi.From the understanding of paper-cut in Northern Shaanxi to production and creation,there are nine courses.One to two classes guide students into northern Shaanxi folk paper-cut,feel the artistic charm and cultural heritage of Northern Shaanxi paper-cut.Students in class 3-8learn and make a series of paper-cut for plants,animals and people,and understand theartistic characteristics of paper-cut in Northern Shaanxi.On this basis,finish the creation of paper-cut works in the new era of Lesson 9.Secondly,in order to respect students' subjectivity,close to students' life,stimulate students' creativity and ensure students' safety,and in the form of the combination of inside and outside the school,the paper-cut school-based curriculum in Northern Shaanxi is implemented through guidance,cooperation and situational teaching methods.Finally,following the principles of diversification,scientificalness and sustainable development,this paper evaluates the early stage of school-based curriculum development,curriculum design,curriculum implementation process and results,and discusses the specific teaching cases of the school-based curriculum of art in the paper-cut primary school in Northern Shaanxi from three aspects of learning situation analysis,teaching scheme and teaching reflection.In a word,as a kind of art curriculum resources with local characteristics,the paper-cut in Northern Shaanxi is integrated into the art education in primary schools,which not only enriches the art curriculum resources in primary schools,but also improves the comprehensive quality of students,and gradually cultivates students' confidence in national culture,at the same time,it also enables the paper-cut art in Northern Shaanxi to be inherited and carried forward,and shines again in the new era.
