Research On Cloud-Based Accounting Informatization Scheme Of J College

With the rapid development of network information technology and cloud computing technology,college financial accounting and management has entered the information age,Cloud computing as a product of the development of information technology,is built into the accounting information construction in colleges and universities,both universities have low cost,high quality,personalized service,and would help with college administrators fast accurate decisions,can also make the staff work anytime and anywhere,realize data sharing between departments,improve work efficiency.So.It is of great practical significance to study the construction of cloud-based accounting informatization in universities.This paper J college as the research object,first introduced the thesis research background and significance,elaborated the paper research involving the main concepts and theoretical basis,and then through the field interview and questionnnaire,points out that the current problems existing in the accounting process of informatization construction of J college,and analyzes the causes of the problem,and then analyzes the J college accounting information system based on cloud overall demand,which is pointed out that the accountieg information construction of colleges and universities needs to be based on the cloud.For accounting information construction schenle based on cloud J college,first of all,based on the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to the cloud in the accounting industry to evaluate brand effect good service provider,at the same time to the construction of intelligent accounting platform based on cloud and use,and then focus from reconstruction of budget management process,reimbursement process two aspects of accounting information based on cloud business process optimization retrofit scheme is put forward.Finally,the corresponding guarantee and maintenance mechanism of the cloud-computing-based accounting informatization construction of college is proposed from the four aspects of informatization leading group,organizational structure,performance appraisal scheme and special reserved funds respectively,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the informatization construction.This paper aims to apply cloud computing to the construction of accounting informatization in colleges and universities,provide safe and reliable support and services for the construction of accounting informatization in colleges and universities by using cloud computing technology platform,and promote the healthy and stable development of accounting informatization in J college.
