Along with the continuous progress of the times and the continuous development of society,people focus more attention on education,and in recent years STEAM education has become a hot spot for many scholars at home and abroad.STEAM education is an abbreviation for five subjects:science,technology,engineering,art and mathematics.Its main idea is to cultivate students’creative ability and ability to use interdisciplinary knowledge to solve practical problems.According to the "13th Five-Year Plan "of Education Information in 2016,the Ministry of Education requires" qualified areas to actively explore new teaching such as information technology in creative space,cross-disciplinary study(STEAM education)application in the mode".And our country in 2017 issued in the "basic education curriculum reform outline(trial)" clearly mentioned to pay attention to students in practice innovation comprehensive ability and other aspects of development.Through the investigation of the current situation of high school information technology curriculum,it is found that the current high school information technology curriculum is not paid attention to,and students and teachers want to make changes in the subject of information technology.On the one hand,it reflects the need of the new curriculum reform,and on the other hand,it can change STEAM information technology in senior high school by combining the educational concept with the curriculum reform.the current situation of technical courses.As a result,this study explores the teaching design and practice of high school information technology curriculum under the concept of STEAM education.It has some theoretical and practical significance for the development of information technology.Firstly,the feasibility of this study is determined by combing the research status of the integration of STEAM education,STEAM education and information technology disciplines through literature review.Secondly,reading literature explains the connotation of STEAM education,information technology course teaching,and information technology course teaching under the concept of STEAM education,and puts forward the theoretical basis to support this study.Again,under the concept of STEAM education,the practical basis of constructing the teaching mode of high school information technology curriculum is to investigate the current situation of high school information technology curriculum teaching.The investigation found that there were some problems.First,the school does not pay attention to the information technology curriculum;second,teachers do not have time so that the teaching design is not perfect;third,students want to change the information technology curriculum.And then,after clarifying the realistic foundation and the theory foundation,constructs the high school information technology curriculum teaching design pattern under the STEAM education idea.First,to determine the principles of teaching design under this concept;second,to analyze the elements of model construction from the theoretical level;third,to construct the operation flow and framework of teaching design of high school information technology curriculum under this concept;fourth,Explain the content of the teaching mode of high school information technology course under the concept of STEAM education.Finally,Taking a Middle School Student of Yinchuan City Ningxia as an Experimental Object,the model of the teaching construction of high school information technology curriculum under the concept of STEAM education is applied.The results after the application of the model show that the integration of STEAM concept and high school information technology curriculum has a certain impact on students’ innovation and creation,hands-on practice,and the application of interdisciplinary knowledge.It is expected that in the later teaching,we can pay more attention to the richness of teaching content,the way of teaching and the cooperation between teachers.
