In the context of the development of the times,the relationship between individuals and the social environment is getting closer and closer,and the demand for social interaction is increasing.Therefore,the unhealthy emotional problems that have occurred are also deeply troubled by the individual.Research results at home and abroad show that social anxiety has gradually become a common mental health problem,which has a profound impact on the development of individuals.Studies have shown that social anxiety is related to environmental factors such as social support and peer relationships.However,there is a lack of in-depth discussion on its internal mechanisms,especially on the relationship between individual factors such as negative physical self,negative evaluation fear and self sympathy.To this end,research based on self-difference theory,cognitive models of social anxiety,metacognitive models,and theories of emotional regulation,the study aimed at high school students to explore the impact of negative physical self on social anxiety,and the negative effects of fear and self-compassion.In order to enrich the understanding of social anxiety,it also provides a feasible basis for trying to improve the social anxiety of high school students through self-compassion training and reducing the level of negative evaluation fear,and ultimatelypromotes the high school students' mental health development.The study used 850 high school students in Fuzhou,Jiangxi and Foshan,Guangdong as subjects,and used questionnaires to study the relationship between negative physical self,social anxiety,self-compassion,and negative evaluation fear.The results show that:(1)there is a significant difference in gender between negative physical self,social anxiety,and self-compassion in high school students,and there is no significant difference in whether they are the only child or the source;There are no significant differences in whether there are only children.(2)The negative physical self-total scores and dimensions of high school students are significantly positively related to negative evaluation fear and social anxiety,and significantly negatively related to self-compassion.(3)The negative physical self dimensions of high school students have significant positive predictive effects on social anxiety.(4)Negative evaluation of high school students Fear plays a part of the mediating effect of the negative physical self of high school students on social anxiety.(5)High school students' self-compassion plays a moderating role in the influence of negative physical self on social anxiety.Through discussion and analysis,the study draws the following main conclusions:Conclusion 1: Girls 'social anxiety,negative physical self,and negative evaluation fear are higher than boys,and self-sympathy is lowerthan boys;Conclusion 2: Negative physical self can directly lead to social anxiety,and it can also affect social anxiety indirectly through negative evaluation of fear.The mechanism of negative evaluation of fear between negative physical and social anxiety is part of the intermediary role;Conclusion 3: The level of self-compassion will affect the negatively related interpretation of the individual's negative physical self on social anxiety,which in turn will affect social anxiety.Self sympathy plays a negative regulating role in both.
