The key to the revitalization of rural education lies in “people”,and rural teachers are the important subject of the revitalization of rural education.Paying attention to the role life of rural teachers and trying to adjust the role conflict is a powerful force to promote rural teachers to take root in rural education.In the context of “Precision poverty alleviation policy”,it possesses typical significance to pay attention to the role conflict of rural teachers in the minority areas.Based on the Role theory,thesis studied the role conflict of rural teachers in the minority areas of western Hunan and its influencing factors.This study adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and interview to study Role conflicts of Rural Teachers in Ethic Areas.By the way of Factor analysis,the Independent sample K-S testing method,Partial correlation analysis and Multiple stepwise regression analysis method,the research organized and analyzed the data of “Scales of Rural Teacher role Conflicts in Ethnic Areas”,“Influential Factors of Rural Teacher role Conflicts in Ethnic Areas”.And Corresponding supplementary information was obtained through the interview code.The results show that there are four types of role conflicts in rural teachers in the minority areas:Role expectation conflict,Role load conflict,Role-playing conflict and Role transition conflict.The Role conflict ofrural teachers in the minority areas is generally at the lower middle level.Among them,the Role load conflict of rural teachers in the minority areas of western Human is greatly affected by demographic variables such as gender,age,marital status,nationality,education background and teaching age,and the Role transition conflict of rural teachers in the minority areas of western Human is relatively obvious.Among the influencing factors of role conflict in XiangXi minority areas,rural schools,individual teachers and rural environmental factors have a significant influence on the Role conflict of rural teachers in minority areas,while individual teacher factors have the most significant influence on the Role conflict.The existence of teacher Role conflict in rural minority areas is mainly due to the lack of teacher role literacy in rural minority areas,the lack of campus integration of rural teachers,the lack of community support and other problems.Therefore,the adjustment to the Role conflict of rural teachers in ethnic areas should start from the aspects of winning the subject relationship optimization under the coordination of multiple parties,constructing the role participation mechanism under the common governance,and enhancing the role ability under the enhancement of skills.
