Research On The Risk And Prevention Of Dragon Boat Sports

With the state's support for the development of sports,folk sports projects have been vigorously developed,the establishment and construction of dragon boat associations at all levels,dragon boat sports is no longer just a folk festival period will only appear;dragon boat sports become a national competitive sports official competition,gradually developed in colleges and universities and has a larger scale.Longboat sport has a promoting effect on the physical quality of college students,the large number of personnel,highly concentrated collaboration ability can stimulate the tenacity and team consciousness of contemporary college students;at the same time,it can refine the sports spirit of endurance and hard work,and thus is favored by colleges.However,dragon boat sports are prone to muscle strains,joint injuries,capsizing,falling into the water,sudden spasms and other dangers during training or competition,which can easily lead to sports risk accidents and bring serious losses to students' physical,mental and property.Therefore,exploring and studying the risks and precautions of college dragon boating is the way to a healthy and sustainable development of the sport,which is increasingly valued by coaches and athletes.In this paper,we mainly used the literature method,Delphi method,questionnaire method,Pareto analysis method and other research methods to study the risk and prevention of dragon boat sports in colleges and universities and to investigate college dragon boat players and coaches.Through the investigation and analysis of the risks of dragon boat sports among college athletes and coaches,and the data analysis using Pareto analysis,the primary and secondary risk factors of the risks of college dragon boat sports were identified,and risk prevention measures for college dragon boat sports were proposed.Following conclusions were drawn:(1)By Pareto analysis,the main risks of collegiate dragon boat sports were identified as organizational management factor risk,field equipment factor risk,athlete's own factor risk and coaches' influence factor risk;other factor risk was secondary risk;referee's influence factor risk was general risk.(2)The main risk factors of organizational management factors are manifested in the area of competition organization,athlete management and school management;the main risk factors of venue environmental factors are concentrated in the natural environment,dragon boat venue and dragon boat equipment;the main risk factors of athletes' own factors are manifested in the behavioral activities,psychological and intellectual skills factors.(3)The inevitable risks of the sport itself,which cannot becontrolled.However,it is possible to follow the principle of tailoring risk response to local conditions and apply prevention and control laws,risk aversion laws and risk transfer laws to prevent various risks.
