The connotative development of higher vocational education has caused scholars in the field of vocational education to pay more attention to the quality guarantee system of higher vocational education.In recent years,our government has also attached great importance to the construction of quality certification systems.Professional certification as one of the effective methods of quality assurance increasingly highlights its unique advantages and has become the focus of attention in society and higher vocational education."Integration of production and education" is an important way for vocational colleges to optimize the professional structure and improve the quality of education and teaching.It is also a major opportunity and challenge for China's vocational education professional construction.The level of professional construction also directly affects the development level of the manufacturing industry and the pros and cons of human resources in the industry.Professional Certification is one of the effective ways to improve the level of professional construction.In the new era,conforming to the development trend of "Industry-education Integration" and constructing a professional certification system for higher vocational education is a powerful tool to ensure the quality of teaching and solve the problem of professional construction.This study uses the methods of literature research and comparative research to analyze and summarize the general situation of professional certification in Australia and the United States,learn from the experience of both countries to deeply explore the problems existing in the construction of China's vocational education specialties,and put forward some thoughts on the construction of higher vocational education professional certification system.The thesis consists of the following chapters.The first chapter,theintroduction,elaborates the research background of this article,sorts out the relevant domestic and foreign research results on "professional certification" and "industry-education integration".On this basis,the research significance and research value of this paper are determined and related concepts are defined.The second chapter discusses the necessity of professional certification of higher vocational education from the perspective of politics,economy and education.Moreover,the experience of international professional certification,the experience of professional certification of higher education in China and the in-depth development of the integration of industry and education provide an adapted living environment for the development of professional certification of higher vocational education in China.The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the development status of professional certification in the United States and Australia and the experience of professional certification.The fourth chapter puts forward some thoughts on the construction of China's higher vocational education professional certification system from the perspectives of professional certification standards,certification subjects,and meta-certification mechanism from the perspective of the integration of industry and education.
