In recent years,researches on the participation of colleges in teachers' training or the cooperation between colleges and all parties in teachers' training have become more and more in-depth,and colleges and universities have gradually become an important force for teachers' training in primary and secondary schools.In this environment in which colleges and universities are increasingly involved in the training of elementary school teachers to improve the professionalism of elementary school teachers,China has also issued a series of instructions for colleges and universities participating in the training of elementary school teachers to keep the stable development of college teachers and elementary school teachers' training relationships and emphasizes the important position of colleges and universities in the training of primary school teachers.This study is based on the professional standards of the primary school teachers,and the actuality and satisfaction of urban public primary school teachers who receive training from college teachers as the research object.This study uses literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,interview surveys and other methods to understand and analyze the problems that college teachers have in the process of training primary school teachers,and analyzes the reasons for the problems through interviews,to make relevant suggestions.Specifically,this study has the following findings:Firstly,through statistical analysis of relevant information of college teachers,it is found that there is a big gap in the age and educational background of the structure of college teachers 'faculty and the expectations of trainees.Based on surveying the satisfaction of various dimensions of the primary school teachers' professional standards and interviewing with the trained teachers,it was found that in the process of training of elementary school teachers by college teachers,there are some problems such as professional concepts and teacher ethics training that ignore the personal training of the trained teachers,imbalance in the “supply-demand relationship” of professional knowledge training and the combination of professional ability training and practice still needs to be strengthened.Secondly,combined with the questionnaire survey data and the interview results with the trained teachers,college teachers and training school's teachers,it is indicated that the reasons for the above problems include the training method is not in line with the trainee's wishes,some trainees' initiative needs to be strengthened,and the college teachers and the trainee communication bad waiting.Finally,this study reflects on the training attitude,willingness of the elementary school teachers in the county,the currently existing problems and causes,and puts forward relevant suggestions to the relevant social departments,management agency,college teachers,and trained teachers.To promote the continuous development of primary school teacher training and the continuous deepening of the professionalization of primary school teachers through the simultaneous collaboration of relevant departments,management agency,college teachers and trained teachers.
