Training satisfaction reflects the satisfaction of whom has attended the wholetraining process, and the earliest research related originated in OrganizationalBehavior Management. Such research has been done for a long time in China, theoriginal research is mainly concentrated in training for workers in the business units,and gradually extends to other areas. In recent years, as the teacher’s continuingeducation is taken more and more seriously, people begin to pay close attention to thestudy of teacher training. However, because of the different research means ormethods used, the results of the study are not comprehensive enough, the structure ofthe content of the teacher training satisfaction and its definition have not been definedin the theory study by far, and there is only few empirical study on this aspect.Aimed at above problems, this study mainly discusses the theory structure oftraining satisfaction of the current primary and secondary school teachers byempirical method. Combined with the characteristics of primary and secondary schoolteachers in China, we will successively prepare a set of training satisfactionquestionnaire, which has good surveying index through the statistical analysis andvalidation of data from the interview, and open questionnaire. At last, we will discussthe influence factors of training satisfaction and put forward effective suggestions forthe current teacher training work according to the research results.This study’s main conclusions are as follows:(1) the structure of the primaryand secondary school teachers’ training satisfaction is respectively composed of sixdimensions, the effect of training, curriculum, training management, teachingresources, training teachers and teaching method, the questionnaire based on China’ssocial and cultural background has reasonable structure, good reliability and validity,and can fully reflect the professional characteristics of primary and secondary schoolteachers, so it can be used as good measurement tools to measure the primary andsecondary school teachers’ training satisfaction;(2) the primary and secondary schoolteachers’ overall satisfaction score to training is in the medium level, this result showsthat primary and secondary school teachers are satisfied with the existing teachertraining;(3) the teachers’ professional development has certain prediction for thetraining satisfaction through teachers’ sense of responsibility, in other words, teachers’sense of responsibility has adjustment effect between the two variables;(4) theself-efficacy of teacher’s teaching takes partially intermediary effect between thetraining satisfaction and teachers’ professional identity;(5) the influence factors oftraining satisfaction consist of training need, training management,training course.
