Satisfaction Study On The English Oral Training Program For Primary School Teachers In Dalian

The satisfaction analysis of this training program does the main research of the satisfaction of people who take part in this training.In China,this project has been researched for a long time.The initial field was about the staff training in company and then the research scope expanded gradually.More objects for the research had been joined.With the flourishing of education,teachers' abilities are higher required for all the society over the recent years.More people start to pay close attention to the teachers' continuing education and study.Due to the different research methods and research tools,the results of the study are always not comprehensive,so the analysis of teachers' training satisfaction mostly stay in the theoretical aspect.There are very few empirical studies about this part.To study the problems more effectively,this study selected the project experimental teachers as the research object,based on the related theory of the satisfaction analysis.Combined with the realities,the questionnaire and interview outline had been made to investigate the satisfaction degree of the experimental teachers for this training program.To analyze the data which had been collected to get the factors that can influence the teachers' satisfaction degree and then the teachers' real needs for training in primary school can be found.Effective suggestion for teachers' training will be made according to the research results and training methods with high quality as well.Thus,the basis of the theory and practice will be made for the teachers' training with high qualities in the future.To summarize the conclusion of this study as follows: in general,this training program has made a good result.According to the survey we know that most of the teachers on training satisfaction is higher,according to analysis the influencing factors of teachers' training satisfaction degree,we get six aspects which can influence the teachers' satisfaction: the training content,the training management mechanism,teaching methods,teaching mode,scheduling and the teaching quality.Most of the teachers are satisfied with the training program by analyzing the survey and they evaluate the training program objectively from the six aspects.For the shortcomings,they also raise some suggestions to get the following teachers' training into shape: establish appropriate training objectives,reasonable arrangement of training content;innovative training methods,training characteristics;establish a reasonable appraisal system,perfect the management mechanism;put high-quality teachers into the training,pay more attention to it;ensure the trained teacher's dominant position and improve the training effectiveness.
