Under the consideration of theory and practice,this study explores the theoretical basis and application strategies of the practice paradigm of quality-oriented kindergarten teaching research,aiming to provide specific operational paths for improving the current kindergarten teaching research practice,so as to promote the improvement of kindergarten's care and education quality.Research by using the method of case study,the selection has the typical characteristics of H kindergarten as the research object,first through the literature research on the connotation of the practice paradigm of quality-oriented kindergarten teaching research,structural features and the core value of comb.Secondly,using the participatory observation method,interview method,text analysis method to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of case the practice paradigm of kindergarten teaching research present situation and effect of practical application.The research consists of four parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the research,summarizes relevant research results at home and abroad,and elaborates the theoretical basis and research scheme of the research.The second part combs the connotation of the practice paradigm of quality-oriented kindergartenteaching research,constructs of the practice paradigm of quality-oriented kindergarten teaching research from the four aspects of teaching research institution,content,atmosphere and process,and elaborates the value of the practice paradigm of quality-oriented kindergarten teaching research.The third part mainly introduces the practical exploration strategies of the practice paradigm of teaching research of case kindergarten,combs the implementation path of the practice paradigm of case kindergarten,and summarizes and reflects on the actual results of the practice paradigm of case kindergarten.The fourth part discusses the future development direction of the practice paradigm of quality-oriented kindergarten teaching research.
