As a “student-oriented” teaching evaluation system,student evaluation of teaching has been widely used in domestic universities since its introduction in the 1980 s in China.Domestic colleges and universities take it as a routine teaching guarantee system,which plays a role of detection and supervision on Teachers' teaching quality.However,in the specific implementation of current college students' evaluation of teaching,the tendency of management is obvious,too much emphasis is placed on the teaching demands of managers and teachers,and the main position of students is not fully reflected,resulting in students' evaluation of teaching in reality to encounter“taking the form” of derogation.In this regard,this paper selects students as the main stakeholders,Based on students' position,to study the implementation of College Students' evaluation of teaching has a certain practical significance.This article takes Maslow,Rogers 'humanistic teaching theory and Bloom's teaching evaluation theory as the theoretical basis,Combined with the CIPP teaching evaluation model,the paper constructs a theoretical framework of “student development oriented” College Students' evaluation of teaching,and uses a questionnaire survey method,Taking students from three colleges anduniversities in Hunan as survey objects,understanding students' cognition,attitude,specific behavior and influencing factors of teaching evaluation activities,analyzing and summarizing the main problems and reasons for students 'evaluation of teaching at present,and Based on this,an effective strategy to optimize the teaching evaluation system for college students is proposed.After investigation and research,the following conclusions were drawn: the first,Generally speaking,the students 'recognition of students' evaluation of teaching was low,and students had a certain degree of negative emotions during the evaluation of teaching;second,The lack of corresponding propaganda and guidance in the process of evaluation of students Work,and is too compulsory in the implementation of teaching evaluation,usually linking the evaluation to the course scoring and course selection.third,The index system for student evaluation is not scientific,the index content is too uniform,and the index weight distribution is too equal,it is difficult to fully reflect the views and opinions of students;Fourth,the role of student evaluation in promoting student development is limited,and excessive attention is paid to teachers ' Teaching,students can hardly feel the role of students in teaching evaluation;fifth,There are significant differences in the evaluationbehavior of students of different schools,grades,majors,and identity backgrounds,which is mainly reflected in that Students with higher school levels pay more attention to teacher-related aspects than students with lower school levels when evaluating teaching;freshmen,sophomores,and juniors are more serious and objective when evaluating teaching,and pay more attention to the school's teaching management;Compared with students of science and engineering majors,students of humanities and social sciences pay more attention to teachers' teaching performance and school teaching management when evaluating teaching,and consider issues more comprehensively;Students who serve as student cadres at school want to get the favor of teachers more than ordinary students,and they are more inclined to teachers' teaching performance when evaluating teachers;Sixth,The evaluation behavior of students is significantly affected by the four aspects of “student”,“teacher”,“course” and “teaching management”,but it is most affected by the school's teaching management,especially the setting of the evaluation index system,which is considered to be the impact The root cause of student evaluation activities.Based on the above survey conclusions,this paper proposes effective measures from the following five aspects for the specific problems and causes of college students' evaluation of teaching: On students' recognition of teaching evaluation,it advocates “correcting students' attitude towards teaching evaluation and improving students' awareness of teaching evaluation”.In the organization and implementation of teaching evaluation,it advocates“strengthening teaching evaluation publicity and guiding students to pay attention to teaching evaluation”,“changing mandatory teaching evaluation methods and encouraging students to take the initiative to evaluate teaching”.In the construction of the teaching evaluation index system,it is proposed to “improve the teaching evaluation index system and improve the efficiency of student evaluation of teaching”.In the feedback of teaching evaluation results,it is recommended to“improve the teaching evaluation feedback mechanism and strengthen the effect of student evaluation of teaching”.
