The basic task of education was promote morality and nurture personnel,it was originally put forward by Hu Jintao,General Secretary of the Central Committee of the CPC,in the 34 th collective study of the Political Bureau.The theme of this work is to solve the problem of "who to cultivate" and "how to cultivate people".Marked by the opinions on comprehensively deepening curriculum reform to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality,the reform of basic education curriculum has entered a new stage of development.Promote morality and nurture personnel has become the core of developing socialist education with Chinese characteristics,and curriculum is the basic way to implement "Promote morality and nurture personnel".This study uses the methods of documentation,interview,questionnaire and classroom observation to investigate the implementation of Promote morality and nurture personnel people in the geography classroom teaching in Southern Xinjiang,find out the problems in the implementation of this goal from the students and teachers level,and put forward the strategies to implement promote morality and nurture personnel in the geography classroom teaching.It has a certain theoretical reference for the geography teachers in Southern Xinjiang,and has a certain guiding significance for the geography teachers to implement promote morality and nurture personnel in their teaching.The first part of this paper first describes the background and significance of this study,the research status at home and abroad,relevant literature and research methods.The second part describes the theoretical basis for the implementation of Promote morality and nurture personnel's strategy research in geography classroom teaching.The third part is to understand teachers and students' grasp of the meaning of promote morality and nurture personnel,their value orientation changes after receiving the education of promote morality and nurture personnel in geography class,and their opinions and Suggestions on the education of promote morality and nurture personnel in geography class through interviews and questionnaires.Based on the observation of geography class,the author makes a scientific assessment of the situation of the implementation of morality cultivation in the geography class practice in border areas from the national,social and individual levels.Through investigation,geographic teachers in frontier areas have a high awareness of Literacy,but teachers lack the core qualities of the geographic disciplines to implement Literacy is not high.The content of Literacy in geography class teaching is limited to the national level and does not run through the whole process of education.Second,in the geography class in frontier areas,the education of Neutral Literacy in geography class is mostly in the "five minutes before class nation" In the patriotic education stage,there is a serious situation in the course and form,and the education of neutral Germans in the classroom is out of line with the classroom;Third,the geographic teachers in frontier areas are young,but they lack experience and have limited ability to express the national common language.In the classroom teaching,reasonable teaching methods and methods are used,combined with the teaching content,to implement the root of moral education in vivid language.Fourth,the ability of this task needs to be improved.Geography classroom teaching in frontier areas often focuses on propagating subjects according to the texts,unilaterally emphasizing the imparting and memory of knowledge,ignoring the infiltration of education in the process of teaching,ignoring the cultivation of students' ability,the serious phenomenon of fractional theory,the lack of humanistic care in the teaching process,the lack of highlighting students' principal position,and the lack of attention to the cultivation of students Implement Promote morality and nurture personnel in students' abilities.In the fourth part,according to the problems found in the survey,starting from the three dimensions of pre-class,in-class and after-class,combined with the relevant education and teaching theory,the author puts forward the strategy of implementing promote morality and nurture personnel in border areas,and strives to do a specific research on the content of Promote morality and nurture personnel in the geography teaching,Including the teaching design link to implement the ethical tree people,the teaching process to implement the ethical tree people,digging into the content of the textbook to build the border area geography classroom teaching ethical tree people modern mechanism.
