Since the Ministry of Education issued the document of "Regulations on ensuring the one hour campus sports activities of primary and secondary school students every day",the primary and secondary schools all over the country have actively responded to and vigorously carried out the large-scale extracurricular sports activities.Primary and secondary schools in various regions have experienced several years of development of large-scale recess,presenting a variety of special activities of large-scale recess.In Yinzhou District of Ningbo City,many schools have their own special activities during the big break.After continuous exploration and improvement,Southeast primary school is unique in the special activities during the big break.The investigation,analysis and Research on the special activities of the southeast primary school between classes adopt the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.This paper makes an in-depth investigation on the characteristic large-scale recess activities of southeast primary school in Yinzhou District,Ningbo City,and analyzes and studies the data of the investigation.In order to further promote the local and even national large-scale activities more scientific,diversified development of the basic countermeasures.The research shows that there are self-made music,school exercises,module activities and management mechanism in the special break of southeast primary school.The special break activities are welcomed by teachers and students.Results:1.Self made music of southeast primary school.The teacher team of southeast primary school visited and studied many other school's large-scale recess activities,and found that different types of music used in different links of characteristic large-scale recess activities played a great role in mobilizing students' emotions.The music of special large-scale recess activities in Southeast primary school includes eight parts:entrance music,school music,running music,relaxing music,team scattered music,class module music,team collection music and exit music.2.Unique module activities of southeast primary school.Module content is based on the different age groups of students to develop humanized training.Students in the special large-scale break module activity of southeast primary school in Yinzhou District enjoy it very much.When setting the module activity,Southeast teachers not only looked up a lot of materials,but also investigated the sports hobbies of many children of different ages.The students of grade one and grade two take skipping rope and all kinds of physical fitness related games as module activities.The students of grade three and grade four take system tests and personalized related sports competitions in each class.The students of grade five and grade six and grade three practice all kinds of turn back running.3.Southeast primary school carries out the special activities between classes to improve the students' physical quality.In 2016 academic year,2017 academic year and2018 academic year,track test and record the physical quality of all students from grade one to grade six.The test classes are taught by full-time PE teachers of southeast primary school.The first level of test content is one minute rope skipping and 50 meters;the second level is one minute rope skipping and sit ups;the third level is one minute rope skipping and 50 meters X8.The standards of the tested items are evaluated according to the national health and physical fitness test
