The appearance of Augmented Reality(AR)technology provides a new methodology for designing,developing and applying resources in teaching and learning,which leads dramatic changes in forms of teaching and learning,and requires a revolution for the construction method of the resources.The existing children's AR learning resources have focused on the factors of entertainment and gaming,ignoring the situational of knowledge expression and the characteristics of the children's cognitive development.Accordingly,this paper proposes a new construction method for the children's AR learning resources on the basis of situated cognition theory and children cognitive characteristics.To realize the combination of situation,interesting interaction and cognitive process,increase the application of adhesiveness,thereby improving children's interest in learning and promoting cognition of the children.This paper analyzes the express of learning environment driven by situation cognitive for specifically learning content and propose the integration method for demonstration.After that,an APP was designed to verify the theories and method,and the tests show good results.The main content including:Firstly,this paper analyzes the current advantages and disadvantages of children's AR learning resources production,and then studies the situational cognition theory and children's learning behavior characteristics of different ages,after that this paper gives the express of learning environment,the resources integration methods for demonstration and the interactive methods.Secondly,this paper studies the situational expression under the guidance of Situational Cognition Theory,and analyzes the expression contents of different types of situation and the influence of children's characteristics on situational expression.The paper presents the process of construction of the situation and the principle of compliance.Thirdly,after analyzing the effects of children's visual,auditory,tactile and sensory on children's AR learning resources' interaction,this paper proposes a four interaction design methods.According to the interaction design method,the interactive feedback mode is analyzed,and two specific feedback methods,visual feedback and auditory feedback and their combine modes are proposed.Finally,An AR learning APP has been developed based on methods proposed in this paper,aiming for children aged from 2 to 6 years old with the content of "Animal recognition".The experimental data verified that children's AR learning resources of guided by Situational Cognition Theory and based on children's characteristics can enhance children's interest in learning and promote their understanding of knowledge and improvement of learning satisfaction.Children's AR learning resources constructed based on contextual cognitive th eory and children's development characteristics combine the interest of learning wi th the cognitive process.It has enriched the types of children's teaching and lear ning resources,provided high-quality resources for children's teaching,and avoide d the construction of homogenous and repeated AR learning resources.
