In recent years,school bullying shows a trend of universality and frequency.School bullying has gradually become the focus of social attention,especially the victims of bullying.According to the findings,victims of bullying are prone to problems such as low self-esteem,especially when it comes to self-worth and self-acceptance.Adolescence is a critical and transitional period in an individual's life,and from the perspective of the lifetime development of self-esteem,the self-esteem level of the whole adolescence is on the decline.Therefore,the self-esteem and improvement of the bullied in adolescence is an issue that needs to be further explored.Scholars have found that there is a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and irrational beliefs,and rational emotional behavior therapy and cognitive behavior therapy can effectively improve individuals' self-esteem and irrational beliefs.In view of this,this study,guided by THE ABC theory and six sections of group activities,helped the bullied students in Middle School L to change their irrational beliefs and establish rational beliefs,so as to help the team members to affirm their self-worth and improve their self-acceptance,thus improving their self-esteem.First of all,under the guidance of ABC theory,this study designed the team's work plan in combination with the needs analysis results of L middle school students.Second,in the class using the cluster sampling method to extract 2 grade student 120 people,using peer nomination method and the Olweus bullying children questionnaire in Chinese(Chu Zhong Ban),the questionnaire survey to the communist party of China from 42 selection by bullies(both appeared in the peer nomination,and in the Olweus bullying children questionnaire in Chinese(Chu Zhong Ban)at least on a single subject score is greater than or equal to 2),obtained the consent of its,using "self-esteem scale" and "irrational beliefs scale measured,according to the measured results,Further filter out the low level of self-esteem and irrational beliefs of high 16 be bullies(both in the self-esteem scale,total divide divide 2.5 points less than theory,and divide in the irrational beliefs scale dimension is greater than or equal to the theory of divide three points),and randomly assigned to the experimental group(participate in team implementation)and control group(not participate in group implementation),each group of eight,in order to ensure its homogeneity.Again,according to the established project team work,mainly including awareness low self-esteem(understanding of the meaning of low self-esteem causes),the manifestation,adverse effects,and grasp the ABC theory,understand the basic idea of ABC theory,learn to use the ABC analysis in life events),learn to recognize and evaluate related to low self-esteem irrational beliefs,learning to master skills of debate with irrational beliefs and establish and internalize the rational belief(learn to react to setbacks,improper mood,excessive concern and strive to perfect test and identify of irrational beliefs and debate,to establish and internalize the rational belief).Then,the self-compiled observation table,in-group pre-and post-test questionnaire and performance process evaluation table were used for the process evaluation of group work.The self-esteem scale and irrational belief scale were used for the result evaluation of group work combined with the difference in scores between the experimental group and the control group to analyze the group work effect.The evaluation results showed that the group work program designed based on ABC theory in this study could effectively change the irrational beliefs of the bullied and improve their self-esteem.Finally,the effectiveness of the group's work was analyzed from the perspectives of intervention theory,practical skills and evaluation system,and in-depth reflection was conducted from the aspects of intervention methods,theories and practical operations,so as to extract the professional skills and practical experience of this study.In addition,on the basis of summary and reflection,this study put forward group work intervention be bullies self-esteem level of practical Suggestions,mainly including the positive attention and been bully their irrational beliefs,good at discovering the progress of the group members and promptly give affirmation,assist the team in emotional catharsis,in order to promote the bullying of self-esteem promotion and application of growth group.
