The Practical Research On Theself-Esteem Promotion Of Retired Teachers In University

As China's aging society into a more and more severe stage,the psychological status of the elderly population in our country,especially the sense of self-esteem has become the focus of social attention.Some retired elderly people's sense of self-esteem fluctuates greatly,and even lead to some old people to produce "old and useless" self evaluation.Low self-esteem will seriously affect the quality of life of retired elderly,and affect the development of the individual in the late period.Therefore,it is important to pay attention to the sense of self-worth to improve the development of the elderly resources and realize the life value of the population.Among them,the retired teachers in universities of self-esteem is particularly worthy of attention,because of their self-esteem have higher expectations and are more likely to in retirement due to the termination of work face family relationships and maintain relations with the reorganization,the psychological state of adjustment,the social relationship of plastic pressure,thereby reducing the sense of self value.In view of this,what are the causes of the low level of self-worth of retired teachers in universities?As a social worker,how to intervene in their sense of self-esteem?The researcher will study these two issues.In this paper,we selected 15 college retired teachers in Z center as the research object.By means of questionnaire and interview,the sense of self-esteem of retired teachers in the center of Z was measured.And to the low level of self-esteem of the retired teachers in universities to carry out a more in-depth understanding of the reasons for the low sense of self-esteem.The study found that the center of the college retired teachers' sense of self-esteem is not very optimistic.After further analysis,the reasons of the low level of self-esteem are mainly about four aspects:family relationship,communication relationship,life attitude and Social support networks.Specifically reflected in:the relationship between children and spouses is poor,low social skills and social channels of a single,negative attitude towards life,social relations tend to weaken and so on.In this study,combined with the status of the investigation and analysis of the reasons for the selection of the development model of the group involved in the selection of the 6 sense of self-esteem at a lower level of efficient retirement teachers as a team,to expand the practice of intervention.Among them,in the intervention of the group work,this study mainly used the development mode.By carrying out ten times group activities,including:"Friends,hand in hand"."Change yourself"?"Red sunset"?"WeChat beginner"?"Fun WeChat"?"Come Back Home Often"?"I want to know you more"?"Community dialogue"?"back to school"?"outlook tomorrow",enhancing the sense of self-esteem.In interventional group evaluation,the use of self-esteem of scale through the pre-test and post test comparison,found that intervention has achieved good effect in practice,all dimensions of team members have different degrees of improvement,the overall self value sense of the level of access to improve.On this basis,problems and Countermeasures in this study,the retired teachers self-esteem level and makes a summary of the discussion.Found in the sense of self-esteem in low level is mainly reflected in the family emotional tends to desalination,social channels for a single,life attitude tends to be negative,Social support networks tend to weaken the four aspects,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.In addition to the practice of interventional group work skills,social ethical dilemmas and the role of social workers launched a reflection.Through the summary and reflection to provide certain reference for related research in this field.
