With the rapid development of AI,Big Data and STEAM Education,China pays more and more attention to children's science and technology education.In this context,the market scale of Programming Education for Children has been continuously expanded.Various kinds of out of school Programming Education for Children,robot training and other institutions are springing up,and the whole industry is increasingly competitive.Taking TG Company as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of Programming Education for Children and robot education and training industry,combines the problems and challenges encountered by enterprises in the development,and constructs a development strategy based on digital innovation.Through the development of digital innovation as the core,and the organic combination of diversified development strategy,brand management strategy and online education strategy,the product service,brand and management flow are improved Cheng et al.Restructured to improve the core competitive advantage of the enterprise;finally,the implementation of the company's digital development strategy safeguard measures;and made a conclusion on the research of TG Company's digital development strategy.In this paper,the exploratory single case study method is used.In the research and learning of digital transformation,resource arrangement theory,enterprise development strategy theory,case analysis,literature retrieval,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined.Through the case study of TG Company,it is found that: broaden the scope of strategic choice of the enterprise through digital technology;build a new digital enterprise technology is only a means,not an end,which involves many non-technical factors,such as enterprise management concept,process,product,service,etc.;in the process of implementing the digital strategy of TG Company,compared with the digital strategy of the company For technicians,other employees are even more important to promote the company's digital strategy than digital specialized technicians,which also shows that if the company's digital strategy is implemented,it must mobilize the active participation and scientific implementation of all employees of the enterprise to finally achieve the implementation of the company's digital strategy and achieve the company's final strategic goal.At the same time,through the research of this paper,it is also found that the traditional ERP system is not suitable for the enterprise's digital development concept for the enterprises of extracurricular education and training such as TG Company,and even for other small and medium-sized micro service enterprises.On the basis of "communication"(such as enterprise wechat,nail,etc.),it may be more suitable for their digital enterprise management system and management concept The demand of the development and the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise.Therefore,to achieve a breakthrough in business management through enterprise digital innovation,to face the future with an open attitude,and to make a positive response to changes in competitors and industry fields is a key means and way to comprehensively improve the efficiency of business management,and also an integral part of the overall strategic planning of modern enterprises.
