With the expansion of emerging media influence,the trend of media convergence is becoming more significant,Omnimedia communication pattern is taking shape.In the Omnimedia era characterizes by the whole process of information production,the full participation of personnel,the diversification of media form,and the efficiency of information dissemination,how to make better use of the advantages of the all-media era for Morality and the Rule of Law teachers to achieve the goal of cultivating qualified citizens for the society is an important challenge facing the current development of education.In view of this,the study selected 13 junior high schools in Haikou City,and used questionnaire surveys,interview surveys,and classroom observations to survey 67 morality and the rule of law teachers.The aim is to understand the status of junior high school moral education teachers' information literacy in Haikou.The purpose is to understand the current status of information literacy of ethical and legal teachers in junior middle schools in Haikou City,and to conduct attribution analysis on their information literacy issues,and on this basis,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions..Through the collection and analysis of the survey data,the following survey conclusions are drawn: 1.Participants have a better level of information awareness in the “super-ego” state.However,under the situation without giving them sufficient thought,the information literacy consciousness appears weak;2.Participants showed a high sense of professional identity and showed strong expectations for the role of information literacy in education and teaching activities;3.The information literacy knowledge mastered by surveyed groups is not systematic and there is a gap between the application of information;4.The media integration,information accessibility,information discrimination and creativity of the surveyed groups need to be improved;5.Participants' awareness of information law is weak,and they do not attach importance to information ethics and regulation learning;6.The surveyed group's information literacy learning needs and training supply are unbalanced.Combined with survey data analysis believes that "the social mechanism of selecting talents for examinations,the school environment without teachers' information literacy training conditions,the teacher training system to be improved,the lack of effective information literacy motivation and skills strategies" are the main reasons for the above problems.Then based on the new teacher role in the context of big data and Gagne's information processing learning theory,a diagram of the strategy and mechanism for improving the information literacy of moral education teachers is constructed,and the corresponding strategies to effectively promote the information literacy of morality and the rule of law teachers are proposed: Stimulating information literacy learning motivation,mastering information literacy learning strategies,and strengthening training to improve media operation skills are the internal mechanisms that promote its information literacy.There are important external environment that improve the construction of information infrastructure and create an informatized campus environment;Implement the “County-managed School Employment”program of the Education Department of Hainan Province to reduce the burden of moral education teachers;Formulate an information literacy training model that matches the characteristics of disciplines and regions;Innovative information literacy evaluation incentive mechanism;Creating a supportive social environment for the cultivation of information literacy are ensuring the external environment for improving the information literacy.
