At present,Chinese society is developing in the direction of the diversified and inclusive,this kind of social change increased the organization of the cooperation between staff the difficulty.In complicated and changeable social environment,to improve individual and organizational performance,employees need to set up a good reputation in the organization,and should actively establish friendship with each other in organizations,establish and maintain positive and harmonious working atmosphere in the organizations.In the past research about employees' political skill and the subjective career success suggests that employees' political skill have a positive impact on subjective career success.But about political skills contains four dimensions on subjective career success research also relatively scarce.Therefore,in this study we will investigate employee political skills and its dimensions have effects on subjective career success,introduced two mediation variables namely personal reputation and workplace friendships.This paper through questionnaires and collects data tnen obtain the following conclusion:(1)staff political skills have the positive function on their subjective career success;(2)staff political skills have the significant positive related effects on the workplace friendship;(3)workplace friendship has the significant positive function on the staff subjective career success;(4)workplace friendship make the intermediate function between the political skills of staff individuals and their subjective career success;(5)staff political skills have the significant positive function on their personal reputation;(6)personal reputation has the significant positive function on the subjective career success of staffs;(7)personal reputation has made the intermediate function between staff political skills and subjective career success.In sum,this research is beneficial to further expands the research range of political skills,and pushes the study of detailed career success,namely subjective career success.In the meantime,this study is also beneficial to enterprise management practice.Based on the above research achievements,in the organized management practice,organizations should improve the staff political skills through training and other methods,and provide the support for building up the positive workplace friendship.Besides,enterprises should also deeply understand the personality of staffs,adopt positive measures to improve the organizational management,provide the support for improving the personal reputation,so as to encourage staffs,improve their work satisfaction and implement staff subjective career success.
