In recent years,with the further integration of Internet technology into all walks of life,traditional industries have to change their own mode and reconstruct the industry ecology when they enjoy the benefits brought by Internet technology,so as to adapt to needs of the new era development better.Without exception,education also needs to change,traditional education has its own unique advantages,when big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and AI come across traditional education,we find that technology is so attractive that it can make education more beautiful,it is called "Internet + education".However,no matter how the technology changes,if the way of learning does not change,all of these are undoubtedly empty talk,so the flipped classroom soon enters the sight of educators.The students' learning style change that passive acceptance learning convert into active inquiry learning,which is the main difference between the traditional classroom and the flipped classroom.Traditional teaching evaluation is not suitable for the new flipped classroom teaching model,new teaching evaluation system need to lead the reform of education and teaching.By analyzing the literature,we find that there is little research currently on the teaching evaluation of "Internet +" flipped classroom,also there is no scientific and operable evaluation index system of "Internet +" flipped classroom teaching.The goal of the research is to build an evaluation index system for "Internet +" flipped classroom teaching.Through the application of this evaluation index system,it will promote the deep integration of "Internet +" and flipped classroom,improve the quality of school teaching,change the teaching methods of teachers and the learning methods of students,help teachers make scientific diagnosis,promote the all-round development of students.On the basis of literature research,the author went deep into the experimental school to take lectures,held discussions with front-line teachers and school leaders.Focusing on the analysis of teaching structural elements and teaching system functions,the "Internet +" flipped classroom teaching evaluation index system was initially constructed based on systematic thinking and methods.Through three rounds of questionnaires to university experts,front-line teachers,school leaders and senior high school students,we took expert consultation method to modify and adjust the system repeatedly,carried out non parametric test on the results of the questionnaire,analyzed the significant differences among several types of survey objects,and deleted some controversial index items.Meanwhile the weight of each index was calculated scientifically by the method of variation coefficient in order to ensure the objectivity of the weight of each index.Finally,a formal evaluation system was constructed from six dimensions: student performance,teacher performance,selection and development of teaching resources,selection and development of media,teaching objectives and learning contents.In order to facilitate the evaluator to use the system and embody the concept of "Internet +",this research changed the traditional evaluation method,such as paper scoring,and developed a set of teaching evaluation system by using JAVA language.The evaluators only need to log in the system,and select the evaluation options,then the evaluation conclusion can be generated automatically.In the initial application process,the system was highly praised by the evaluators,from the analysis of the evaluation results derived from the background,it had high reliability and validity,this system could play the role of teaching diagnosis and teaching guidance,and it has a certain practical value.This research finds that the construction of teaching evaluation should be conceived from multiple perspectives and multiple person,we should fully listen to the comments and suggestions from everyone,the evaluation method should focus on the combination of self-evaluation and mutual evaluation,evaluation of learning process is as important as evaluation of learning results.Scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation is an important means to test teaching effect,an important guide to change teaching mode,and an important guarantee to improve teaching quality.
