Teacher's teaching ability evaluation is an integral part of teacher's evaluation,with the deepening of the reform of physical education teaching,the research on the evaluation of teaching ability of physical education teachers has been paid much attention.In 2018,the new edition of "General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017)" began to be implemented,put forward new requirements for the teaching ability of high school physical education teachers,how to effectively improve the teaching ability of high school physical education teachers,so as to promote the reform of physical education curriculum,combined with related literature research,it is mainly affected by traditional teaching concepts,resulting in the current high school physical education teacherevaluation is relatively simple,reasonable and scientific degree also need to be improved;In the teaching activities of high school on sports content,there is a higher demand for the relevant teachers' ability,and some schools only use the traditional model to judge the teaching behavior of teachers,which makes it difficult to influence the overall quality of education.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for high school physical education teachers based on the new curriculum standardBased on the new subject standard,this paper uses the literature method,theoretical analysis method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,on the basis of drawing on the relevant research,analyzes the new subject standard,compares with the old curriculum standard,analyzes the new content in the new curriculum standard in depth,analyzes the new content in the new curriculum standard,analyzes the seven aspects concretely,and compares it with the teaching ability of high school physical education teachers.Through the research and analysis of the various elements of the evaluation system,a more detailed exploratory study of the evaluation system of high school physical education teachers is carried out.Through consulting the relevant research of the predecessors,combining the expert opinions to develop the evaluation index of the teaching ability of physical education teachers under the new curriculum,after four rounds of expert questionnaire skating index screening,index weight determination,evaluation body determination,evaluation method selection,and finally establish the new curriculum standard under the higher secondary school physical education teacher teaching ability evaluation index system,including 50 third-level indicators.Five suggestions are put forward for the specific implementation of the teaching ability evaluation system for high school physical education teachers,which is guaranteed to be effectively implemented,and the development of the teaching ability of physical education teachers is promoted...
