Self-management ability is one of the basic characteristics and key skills to meet the needs of personal lifelong development and social development.Only individuals with self-management ability can have a more sober understanding of themselves,and then promote their own development and adapt to social development through self-education.In the context of advocating the cultivation of students' core literacy,China also clearly stated that cultivating primary school students' self-management capabilities is a need to improve the modern education of China and to promote the all-round development and lifelong development of individuals.The questionnaire used in this article is adapted from the self-management questionnaire compiled by Zhang Guoli,and the primary research object is the primary school senior students in somewhere of Shandong Province.The survey found that the self-management ability of male students is significantly lower than that of girls;the self-management ability of sixth-grade students is significantly lower than that of fifth-grade students;the self-management ability of students who have never been rated as outstanding is low;Significantly low management ability;occasionally participating in extracurricular activities,students have significantly lower self-management ability;self-assessment learning pressure students with lower self-management ability.In view of this result,the following reasons are analyzed in conjunction with relevant literature:The low self-management ability of male students may be caused by the inactive learning behavior of male students,the deviation of self-positioning,large emotional fluctuations,and the differences in physical and mental development of male and female students;There are deviations and poor emotional management ability;the reasons for the low self-management ability of students who have never rated excellent students are improper behavior control,difficult emotional guidance,and inaccurate self-cognition;students who have never served as student cadres have low self-management ability The reasons are lack of own abilities,unclear development goals,and lack of exercise opportunities;occasionally the low self-management ability of students participating in extracurricular activities is due to low learning enthusiasm,occupied activity rest time,poor social interaction,and weak collective awareness;Thereasons for the low self-management ability of the students with higher learning pressure are improper learning methods,lack of judgment on the concept of time,and greater mental pressure.According to the above reasons,the corresponding countermeasures were proposed to improve the self-management ability of the male students by increasing their enthusiasm for learning;to improve the self-management ability of the sixth grade students by reasonably allocating learning time and rest time;by increasing the students' awareness of behavior management To improve the self-management of students who have never been rated as excellent students;improve the self-management ability of students who have never been a student cadre by improving class management methods;increase the occasional participation by creating rich and diverse activity scenarios,etc.The extracurricular activities of students' self-management water ability;improve the self-management ability of students with greater self-assessment pressure by choosing a learning method suitable for their own situation.
