Physical education course plays an indispensable role in many courses of higher vocational education,which can enhance students' physique,promote their physical and mental health,help them to form correct physical exercise habits,improve their sports ability and quality,and cultivate healthy and well-developed high-quality skilled talents for the country and society.However,despite the great role of physical education,the present situation of class is still not optimistic: the old teaching methods,slow development,single teaching mode without innovation and other reasons directly lead to the decline of most students' interest in physical education knowledge,physical education class or sports exercise,and also hinder the development of physical education in vocational colleges.In view of the above problems,this paper will combine the modern computer network technology and the new teaching mode to explore and practice the application of the app in the flipped classroom in physical education teaching.This study uses the methods of questionnaire,literature,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.First of all,the literature method is used to sort out the relevant concepts,theories,mobile learning platform and flipped classroom research status at home and abroad;secondly,the questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method are used to carry out teaching experiments on the physical basketball course of Yantai Engineering Vocational and technical college,80 girls without basketball learning experience are randomly selected as the experimental objects,40 of them are the experimental group and 40 of them are the experimental group In the control group,the experimental group used the blue ink cloud class app for flipped classroom teaching mode,while in the control group,the traditional teaching mode was used for teaching.The teaching duration,syllabus and teaching schedule of the two classes remained unified.To explore the impact of the flipped classroom teaching mode of blue ink cloud class app on students' physical quality,theoretical performance,basketball skills and learning motivation,the following conclusions are drawn through experimental research:(1)The effect of flipped classroom teaching based on the APP of blue ink cloudclass on students' physical quality is not obvious: after 32 hours of teaching experiments,the physical quality of the experimental group and the control group has been improved in the aspects of 50 m running,standing long jump and one minute sit up,but the improvement is not significant,so it can be seen that the implementation of flipped classroom in the APP of blue ink cloud class has little effect on students' physical quality there is no obvious influence on quality.(2)The flipped classroom teaching based on the blue ink cloud class APP has improved the students' theoretical knowledge significantly: the overall average score of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group after the experiment,and there are differences between the experimental group and the control group in the statistical analysis of basic basketball technical knowledge and basic basketball tactical knowledge after the experiment,so it can be seen that the flipped class is implemented by using the blue ink cloud class APP the students in the experimental group of Tang have better theoretical mastery than those in the control group.(3)The flipped classroom teaching based on the APP of blue ink cloud class makes students' basketball skills significantly improved.Through the experimental results,it can be concluded that the students in the experimental group who use the APP of blue ink cloud class for flipped classroom learning on the premise that everyone's basic basketball skills are roughly the same,the basketball dribbling skills and shooting skills are obviously superior to those in the control group,which shows that basketball skills the students in the experimental group have a better command.(4)The flipped classroom teaching based on the APP of blue ink cloud class makes students' learning motivation significantly improved.Through the experimental results,it can be concluded that the students in the experimental group who use the APP of blue ink cloud class for flipped classroom learning are obviously superior to the students in the control group in terms of initiative consciousness,learning interest and self-efficacy,which shows that the learning motivation of the experimental group has been greatly improved.(5)The flipped classroom teaching based on the blue ink cloud class APP makes students have different satisfaction with teaching: after using the blue ink cloud classAPP to carry out flipped classroom teaching in this semester,through questionnaire survey,it is found that the students in the experimental group have higher satisfaction with the teaching form of the blue ink cloud class,which is significantly higher than the traditional teaching mode used in the control group.Although the two teaching forms are in the relationship between students There are no differences in the field equipment and performance evaluation,but there are differences in teaching ability,teaching atmosphere and content.Therefore,it can be seen that the satisfaction of students in the experimental group to the blue ink cloud class is significantly higher than that of the control group to the traditional class.In general,there is no statistical significance in the improvement of students' physical quality by using the flipped classroom teaching mode of the APP in the blue ink cloud class;the flipped classroom teaching mode of the APP in the blue ink cloud class can effectively improve students' theoretical knowledge level;the flipped classroom teaching mode of the APP in the blue ink cloud class can significantly improve students' interest in basketball and effectively improve their basketball skills level;and using the flipped classroom teaching mode of blue ink cloud class APP can effectively improve students' learning motivation;Through the satisfaction survey,we can see that students can accept the new teaching mode,and the satisfaction of using the flipped classroom teaching mode of blue ink cloud class app is relatively high,which has
