The first grade children are in the transition period from kindergarten to elementary school.During this period,due to changes in interpersonal relationships,social environment,academic courses,etc.,the mentality of first grade children has also changed,so it takes some time to adapt.At this stage,well-adjusted students can accept the new learning and living environment very well.However,there are also a large number of students who are difficult to accept such changes for a while.In addition,schools and families ignore children's feelings in this regard,so it will appear some negative emotions,such as loss and inferiority,lead to poor learning adaptability.This article mainly studies the learning adaptability of first grade children.The research object is the first grade students of X primary school in J city.In the process of investigation,the questionnaire of learning adaptability measurement(first and second grade)by Zhou Bucheng was mainly used.The students with lower scores were selected as service objects in the way of registration and taking into account the children's own wishes.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory and social learning theory,the service objects were intervened in group work.The main process includes: To evaluate the needs of service objects,to determine the needs of service objects,to establish the service objectives of the group,and to implement the group service.Finally,after the end of the service,through the comparison of social workers before and after the intervention,we found that the learning adaptability of the service object has been improved well,and demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of group work in improving children's learning adaptability.
