In 2016,the general office of the ministry of education issued the "notice" that since September 1,2016,the original courses of "morality and life" and "ideological and moral" in primary and secondary schools across the country will be renamed as "morality and the rule of law",and the use of new textbooks.Compared with the original textbook,the new textbook pays more attention to the connection between textbook knowledge and students' real life and arranges six life areas.In addition,the new textbooks also contain a large amount of legal knowledge,among which the second volume of the eighth grade is the special volume of the constitution,focusing on constitutional knowledge.It can be seen that the course of morality and rule of law in junior high school aims to regulate students' social behaviors,understand basic legal knowledge,cultivate students' civic accomplishment and sense of rule of law,enhance their sense of social responsibility and national identity,and promote their healthy growth.The new textbooks show the country's new requirements for high school students.In the new era,students' study can not only stop at the textbook knowledge study,but also need to go out of the campus,into the life,under the social environment for experience.In the face of the new requirements,the traditional type of homework has not been able to achieve the ideal effect,the advantages of practical homework have been exposed,practical homework in junior high school "ethics and the rule of law" curriculum teaching practice has become more and more important.Although "the morality and the rule of law" courses in junior high school teaching process,the advantage of practice operation is difficult to replace,however the author,based on a questionnaire for junior middle school students as well as the first-line teachers questionnaire survey and interview,in the real teaching practice,the use of the practice operation frequency is not high,the traditional teaching methods and job types are still the mainstream.Students' daily homework is still written homework mainly based on workbooks and examination papers.The type of homework is mainly objective questions dominated by "multiple choice questions".The type of homework is too monotonous.The relation between homework and reallife is still not close enough,lack of practicality,curriculum standards and core literacy requirements have not really been implemented.Author through to the junior middle school "morality and the rule of law" course practical assignments theoretical research and practical research,awareness of practical operation at present stage in the application of the junior high school campus fact,through the analysis of the status quo,thinking about existing problems and causes of the problems,and according to the teaching practice and puts forward some help to the reality of the students practice operation to carry out the measures.After the proposed measures,the author designs a practical assignment by himself.In the process of design,the author closely follows the measures mentioned above,and designs a practical assignment of "feeling life" based on the specific content of "reverence for life" in the textbook "morality and the rule of law" in the first volume of grade 7.On the one hand,the feasibility of countermeasures can be tested through the real design of practical homework;on the other hand,the author expects that this practical homework can provide some reference for teaching practice.
