Training students' autonomy,cooperation and inquiry ability is the core requirement of curriculum reform.Cultivating innovative talents is the direction of future education development.Teachers' role transformation in teaching activities is the key to achieve this goal.Homework,as an important part of teaching activities,should provide an effective platform for training students' autonomy,cooperation and inquiry ability.The application of practical work in the homework of moral and rule of law in junior middle school,through the "start-operation-feedback",form the homework,the classroom teaching and the real life cycle.Finally,when the students are finished with their homework,the students will form the active construction of knowledge.Through the development of multiple intelligence,the theory will be applied to the actual life of the students,the theory is more practical,the comprehensive quality is promoted and the master of the study is truly the master of the study.Through the study of relevant literature and interviews with students,teachers and individual backbone teachers,on the basis of theoretical research,this paper investigates the purpose,the actual application situation,the degree of the students' love,the difficulty of the students and the teachers' operation in the middle school morality and the rule of law.The practical application,the development status and the trend of the future development are analyzed,and the existing problems and problems in the practice type operation in the middle school morality and the rule of law teaching are summarized,and the strategies and suggestions are put forward to apply the practical work in the teaching of moral and the rule of law in junior middle school.It makes practical work an effective aid to the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior middle school,and becomes an effective way to cultivate students' imagination,creativity,creativity and independent learning ability,and give full play to the link between the classroom and the actual life.
