Middle school students are the future builders and successors of the new era.The moral education of primary and middle school students is the most important issue in the education department and the whole society.Moral education is not only to play to the role of the classroom education,but also make full use of social practice,school management,the construction of campus culture,and other carrier,improve the courses,culture,activities and practice and the educational function of school management."Morality and the rule of law"course in junior high school,on the basis of middle school students' learning and the education teaching rule,combined with the basic requirements of socialist core values,in training students' love the party,patriotic,love the socialism emotion at the same time,improve the students' ideological and moral qualities,inheriting and carrying forward the Chinese excellent traditional culture.Comprehensive practice activity curriculum is one of the important measures of a new round of basic education reform,it's open for deepening the quality education,promote the reform of basic education course structure has important practical significance.Two courses is a reflection of the pursuit of integration,the integration of research,is the promotion of basic education curriculum reform and implementation disciplines mutual comprehensive and the necessary of infiltration,is used to carry out the comprehensive practice activity to improve the morality and the rule of law,the important measure of teaching effectiveness.Based on the comprehensive practice course and the morality and the rule of law through analyzing the related content,finding more contact between the two courses,for the organic integration of two courses provides a reliable basis in fact.First,marxist philosophy,Dewey's pragmatism education theory,Su Huom linsky the harmonious development of man's all-round theory for the feasibility and necessity of two kinds of curriculum integration provides a theoretical basis.Secondly,the practical,active and open courses emphasized in the comprehensive practice curriculum also meet the requirements of the curriculum implementation of ethics and the rule of law.In addition,after the investigation and analysis of the implementation status of the current two courses,it is found that the two courses have integrated results in the implementation process.The content of comprehensive practice course includes multimedia information technology,research study,labor and service and social practice.In the context of core literacy,multimedia information technology has become an important means of education and teaching,which occupies an important position in the teaching of morality and the rule of law.In classroom teaching,teachers can pay close attention to students and closely contact students' life,and they have gradually formed active classes.Although there have been some practical activities in the course of the implementation of moral and rule of law,there are still some problems.We emphasize activities and environment education,but the activity space is still confined to the classroom,and the educational function of activities is not significant.In this paper,how to effectively integrate the two courses and give full play to the role of the curriculum of integrated practical activities to strengthen the education implementation of ethics and the rule of law,and put forward relevant Suggestions and measures.In the course teaching of morality and rule of law,comprehensive practice should be carried out effectively,and students should be studied in the research.Strengthen students' life practice and social activities by building community community;Establish and improve the moral education system to promote the comprehensive development of junior high school students.
