In the new era,the education mode and curriculum reform task are proposed,and the practice of geography is proposed as the four core qualities of the geography discipline.The adjustment of geography teaching mode and the change of students' learning mode point out the direction,which reflects the urgency of cultivating students' practical ability of geography.Through the literature review,it's found that “geographic competence” is a hotspot in the current geography teaching research;the project-based learning,as a new teaching mode,has been applied to many subjects in foreign countries and has made some difference.The study on each of them has been respectively carried out in China,though there are few studies that combine the geographical practice with the project-based learning.Project-based learning,as a new teaching mode and learning mode,enables students to grasp key knowledge and learning skills by studying a practical problem with practical significance.At present,there is still a lack of evaluation scale of geographical practice activities and sorting out the contents of geographical practice activities in the textbooks of Hunan Education Edition 2018.The study of these contents is of great significance to the design and implementation of geographical practice activities and the cultivation of students' geographic competence.The main contents of the research are as follows: first,combining with the division of the three performance aspects and four levels of geographical practice given in the new curriculum standard,it follows the principle of attaching equal importance to the cultivation of skills and methods,and giving consideration to the cultivation of research spirit and will quality.Three ability scales were designed,namely,the ability table of collecting and processing geographic information in students' practical activities,the ability table of designing geographic practice activities and the ability table of implementing geographic practice activities.Second,from Hunan includes compulsory teaching material in the activity,the statistics ofnew Xiang version of the activity type and to analyze its effect,the geography textbook of activity and project learning,the combination of performance according to the curriculum in the practice ability and level of division on the basis of choosing a new materials and activities of inquiry module,adaptation and project type and learn from each other.This study can provide reference for teachers and schools using the textbooks of The New Hunan Edition in the future.Thirdly,according to the principle of unity of science and creativity,student subjectivity,practicality and contemporary design,the content of compulsory physical geography and compulsory human geography are selected.The paper designs case 1,Case 1,Study Case of The Geographical investigation project around The West Lake in Hangzhou,and Case 2,Location Selection of the Lifestyle Service Industry--Taking Hangzhou Hubin Yintai as an example.Fourthly,combining students' subjectivity,process evaluation and summative assessment,assessment of phenotype,and the combination of evaluation principle,designs the geographical practice performance scale,geographical practice project learning achievements scale,geographical practice project learning students self rating scale,geographical practice project group mutual learning achievements.The design of the four evaluation scales is based on the three ability scales mentioned above,which provides reference for project-based learning based on geographical practice,arouses teachers' attention to students' subjectivity and makes performance evaluation on students,thus forming a more comprehensive evaluation system.Based on this study,the following conclusions are drawn: First,Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the current teaching mode is more traditional,which ignores the cultivation of students' practical ability in geography.The problems such as tight class hours,financial support and safety also constitute the practical difficulties in cultivating students' practical ability.There is a lack of evaluation scale of geographical practice activities and sorting out the contents of geographical practice activities in the textbooks of hunan Edition 2018.The study of these contents is of great significance to the design and implementation of geographical practice activities and the cultivation of students' geographical practice ability.Secondly,the contents of the latest version of the textbook of Hunan Education Edition are selected,and according to the requirements of the curriculum standard on geographical practice,the scale of students' geographical practice activity ability is designed,and the project-based learning content that can be used in geographical practice activities in the new textbook is sorted out.Finally,according to the principle of project-based learning,a project-based learning case and four quantifiable evaluation scales are designed to provide reference for the design of geographic practice activities and the comprehensive evaluation of students' geographic practice ability,and provide new ideas for adjusting traditional geography classroom teaching mode and constructing new geography teaching mode.
