Innovating School Social Work Mode:Research On The Project Of Dormitory Democratic Life In Vocational Colleges

As the smallest unit on campus,dormitory is the most basic element in the education environment of colleges and universities.Good dormitory culture not only plays an important role in the cultivation of good study,life,behavior habits and comprehensive quality of college students,but also has an important impact on their mental health,life attitude and learning ability,which is conducive to the growth and development of college students.With the development and development of higher vocational education in China and the expansion of the scale of students,it is of great significance to enhance the dormitory education function of higher vocational colleges for campus harmony and stability.Along with to the attention of the dormitory culture construction in higher vocational colleges,in the process of the dormitory culture construction,dormitory is endowed with more and more functions,such as the function of ideological and political education,the function of learning,the function of the second classroom,etc.,give full play to the role of the dormitory education as an important position,is beneficial to promote the development of the dormitory culture construction.This paper takes the function of social work in enhancing the connotation construction of dormitory culture in higher vocational colleges and exploring the educating function of the dormitory,innovating the school social work mode and the working method of students in higher vocational colleges,forming the general service program,and realizing the Both Works Fusion of students' work and social work in higher vocational colleges as the main research purpose.By investigating the status quo of dormitory culture construction in five higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province,it is found that they generally pay attention to the construction of dormitory hardware and system,but neglect the construction of connotation and culture in the deep part of the dormitory.Studies the design the Dormitory Democratic Life project in higher vocational colleges,to social learning,group dynamics and the social ecosystem theory into the project such as design,combines the case work and group work method,the formation of Democratic Life inside Dormitory and Democratic Life between Dormitory two kinds of project work mode,and higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Huizhou H student dormitory practice research,the two kinds of mode based on the object of the project goals to achieve,to participate in the activities of project impact and researchers in the form of self-evaluation and evaluation.Through the practice of the project found that the Dormitory Democratic Lifeproject to prevent and solve the problem of higher vocational college students' dormitory has an important meaning,can effectively help solve students' dormitory development needs,motivate and play to the capacity and potential of the dormitory members,promote the development of students' dormitory,strengthen students' sense of belonging to the dormitory,to create a good ecological environment of the dormitory,promote dormitory deep culture connotation construction in higher vocational colleges,promote the school social work in higher vocational colleges and the student work Both Works Fusion.The project combines the methods of case work and group work,takes the Collective Case of students' dormitory as the research object,and combines it with the work content of dormitory culture construction in higher vocational colleges,which is of innovative significance for the school social work to better play its role in educating students in higher vocational colleges.Finally,in view of the problems and challenges encountered in the practice of the project,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of activity process control,personality needs,integration of social work methods and common needs conflict and Both Works Fusion.
