Education is very important for the development and growth of human beings.It is also related to the national plan,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the important cornerstone of social progress.Educational resources are the basis for the survival and development of education.Their unequal allocation can easily lead to educational inequity,which will also have a negative impact on the development of education.As a basic education,compulsory education is in the foundation and leading position in the national education system,and the allocation of compulsory education resources can not be ignored.How to optimize the allocation of compulsory education resources,give full play to the effectiveness of compulsory education resources and meet the public's demand for compulsory education resources is a practical problem that must be solved in the development of compulsory education and the promotion of educational equity and social equity.Referring to the foreign classical customer satisfaction model and guided by public satisfaction,this paper evaluates the public satisfaction degree of urban compulsory education resources allocation,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the public satisfaction degree of urban compulsory education resources allocation,mainly from the following aspects:First of all,on the basis of reading the literature and searching for information on the Internet,the author has a general understanding of the research background of this paper,and expounds it.It also analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of this study,and sorts out the compulsory education at home and abroad.The relevant literature on resource allocation determines the research ideas and research framework of this paper.By defining relevant concepts,this paper analyses the theoretical framework of urban compulsory education resource allocation,and explains the connotation,formation mechanism and influencing factors of public satisfaction with urban compulsory education resource allocation.Secondly,combined with the idea of customer satisfaction index model and the method of structural equation model,this paper understands the characteristics of compulsory education resource allocation in China,chooses the potential variables of the public satisfaction index model of urban compulsory education resource allocation,puts forward the relationship hypothesis,and constructs the public satisfaction index model of urban compulsory education resource allocation.Finally,six administrative regions of Changsha City in Hunan Province are selected as the empirical investigation sites.According to the variable system of the public satisfaction index model of urban compulsory education resource allocation,a questionnaire is compiled.Data are collected by issuing questionnaires,and data are processed by relevant statistical software to test the model.Based on the analysis of the results of empirical research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the public satisfaction of urban compulsory education resources allocation.
