| University administrators are not only the direct executors of various management work within the university,but also the window of the university to the outside world.They play an important role in organizing,guaranteeing,and coordinating,and are crucial to the operation and development of the university.However,due to a variety of objective reasons,the job burnout of university administrators,resulting in low efficiency,etc.,it is difficult to ensure the effective operation of universities and realize their major tasks of cultivating senior professionals,developing scientific and technological culture,and promoting modernization.In this context,it is of great significance to explore the job burnout situation and influencing factors of grass-roots administrators in higher education to improve the work perception of grass-roots administrators,improve work efficiency,promote the rapid development of colleges and universities,and promote the development of education in my country.This research is based on the theory of the three-dimensional model of job burnout,combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities in Liaoning Province to design a questionnaire,from the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,reduced sense of achievement,and dehumanization.analyze the differences of job burnout from the aspects of age,gender,nature of work unit,marriage and childbirth,and investigate the influencing factors of job burnout.Through questionnaires and interviews,the current situation and influencing factors of job burnout among grassroots-level managers in five universities in Liaoning Province were investigated,and SPSS was used for statistical analysis of the data.The research shows that the overall occupational burnout of the grass-roots administrative personnel in Liaoning Province is relatively low,among which emotional exhaustion and reduced sense of achievement are relatively serious.In terms of difference analysis,there are significant differences in the degree of job burnout among different groups in terms of marital status and unit nature.Based on the above research,this paper analyzes the factors that affect job burnout,and proposes countermeasures to prevent and reduce job burnout at the individual,organizational and social levels. |
