| With the full progress of governing the country according to law,the status of rule of law education is becoming increasingly important.Adhering to the education of the rule of law is an important way to realize the rule of law,and it is also an effective means to improve the quality of the rule of law among young people.At present,junior high school "ideology and morality" has been formally adjusted to "moral and the rule of law",as the main implementer of the rule of law education in a school,teachers of the rule of law course are directly related to the effectiveness of the rule of law education for young people.Under the background of stressing that it is necessary to impro ve the law literacy of entire nation in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,studying the problems and cultivation strategies of the rule of law teachers in junior high school has important theoretical value and practical significance.Based on studying and analyzing the policy versions such as "the syllabus for the rule of law education for juveniles " and arranging the rule of law education textbooks and reviewing a great number of literature on the rule of law teachers,Taking middle schools in Zhejiang Province as an example,through the collation and analysis of the survey data,the current situation of the rule of law teachers in junior high school is detailed,and the following specialization deficiencies in the process of team development are pointed out: the number of special rule of law education teachers is small,the number of teachers in the rule of law class is insufficient;the professional knowledge and ability of the rule of law teachers are not enough to undertake the classroom teaching;the teaching methods are backward;the teacher training needs to be perfect;a special rule of law education evaluation system is lacking,etc.Aiming at the various problems existing in the junior high school rule of law teachers,it is proposed that the professionalization of the teaching team is an inevitable trend in the development of the rule of law teachers in junior high school.To this end,opinions are raised from the following aspects : cultivating professionals in rule of law education;changing a single teaching method;improving teachers training and the rule of law education evaluation system;strict teacher access mechanisms and other targeted measures.Actively explore training models to promote the professional development of the rule of law teachers.This article explains the rule of law teachers in junior high school from the following aspects: The first part from the Origin of Research,significance of topic,literature review,research innovation and other aspects illustrates the necessity written,make the wording seems reasonable and well-founded;the second part takes Zhejiang Province as an example,through the investigation,it analyzes the status of the rule of law teachers;the third part summarizes the main issues of the rule of law teachers in middle school;the fourth part is based on the existing problems,find out the countermeasures to improve the professional development of the rule of law teachers in junior high school;and the last part summarizes the research of the rule of law teachers in middle school,points out the shortcomings,and looks forward to the next research work. |
