| The quality of education majors is related to the ability of teachers and the training of reserve teachers.At present,the whole society has higher expectations for education.The training of education majors' skills has become a widely concerned issue.This study takes the teaching skills of normal school students of elementary education in H University as the research object.Through questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods,it was found that the surveyed universities can provide some reference points for other normal universities,such as their active explorations of implementation and management of practical courses,etc.Meanwhile,there are some problems exist,such as insufficient guidance on specific teaching skills,inadequate guidance on self training of education majors,teaching reflection skills and teaching research skills need to be improved and the implementation of micro-teaching is not good.In view of the existing problems,this article believes that we can explore ways to improve the teaching skills training of primary school teachers in terms of refining and guiding students to clarify the requirements of teaching skills,constructing a diversified training platform,stimulating students' subjective initiative,and guiding attention to teaching shortcomings.The cultivation of teaching skills for education majors should have clear skill requirements,and focus on training qualified professional teachers;further strengthen the implementation and management of practical courses to promote the effective integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills;pay more attention to the cultivation of teaching reflection,teaching research and other skills,so that the learning of education majors is not limited to the classroom;work harder to create a teacher training environment to make the platform construction can be more diverse;stimulate the autonomy of education majors,and promote the development of their self-learning,initiative and other qualities through the construction of learning community. |
