In the process of the school-based curriculum of physical education, there be the phenomenon that the teachers oppose the school-based curriculum of physical education, and it bring the resistance. Therefore , we have to pay attention to the PE teachers if we implement the school-based curriculum of physical education, understand the reason that why they oppose the school-based curriculum of physical education. So this article analyze the reason and carry on the counterplans research, and provide the logic basis for development of the school-based curriculum of physical education.In the process of research, the author emp1oying three scientific research rnethods, and find those conclusions:The teachers refuse to change the role and the work style and, refuse to cooperate each other ; they unwilling to pay out their efforts, fear to break the actuality and their mutation does not aspiring. The teachers lack of the right understanding and the culture about the school-based curriculum of physical education; the contradiction between the inertia of the curriculum system of physical education; the contradiction between the inertia of the curriculum system and curriculum idea in the convention and the practical demand; the teachers can not fit the administrant system, and school lack of fund.The counter plans research are:Reinforce cultivates and cooperation, and teachers should study continuously, enhance their abilities; Build up the encourage mechanism; Look for a support; Build up a new culture of school.
