In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,a large amount of rural surplus forces have come to urban to seek for more job opportunities.However,due to their sub-standard overall qualities and lack of professional skills,they can hardly find a job with high quality.Also,this kind of phenomenon has become more obvious in Dazhangzhuang Town under the situation of accelerating implementation in housing demolition and relocation in Dazhangzhuang Town.Therefore,it is a necessity to solve the problems in improving farmers' employment abilities,hence to give them more opportunities in jobs seeking.In this thesis,the author will explore accordingly policies in improvement of employment training which coordinate with the great leap-forward development in Dazhangzhuang Town.Taking farmers in Dazhangzhuang Town as respondents,on the basis of numerous documents and relevant knowledge,the author communicates with person in charge of the management department in town and training institutes and some village cadres,and makes deep researches in issues towards employment training through questionnaire surveys and fieldworks.It turns out that many problems have laid in employment training,and can be divided into three kinds: first,the sub-standard overall qualities of farmers.They hold wrong attitudes towards the training,and disagree with spending the money and time on it;second,the insufficiency in government policies and rules towards the training.With the lack of employment service system and funding from government,the management of training is not professional enough and its small scale and inappropriate settlement of courses cannot meet the needs of the market;third,the inadequate propaganda in training institutes.The approaches in teaching lacks of diversity,and the professional faculties are far from the demands.According to the issues ment ioned above,learning from the experiences of both domestic and foreign employment training in farmers,the thesis carries out some improvements in three aspects: the improvement of farmers' overall qualities and their willing on training,setting up governmental management system in employment training,and gaining better development in training institutes.Targeting at the facts of employment training of farmers in Dazhangzhuang Town,the study has great practical and maneuverable meaning.The author hopes that it can have positive effects on the improvement of farmers' employment training,and also shed some light on the same situation in other towns,districts or provinces.
