With the development of the "Internet + education",and the deep application of the mobile media in universities,how to make good use of large-scale popularization of social media to carry out teaching activities is a low cost,high efficiency,strong generalization research.Especially the research in recent years combined with mobile learning and blended learning,has made considerable achievements.Undergraduate graduation design(thesis)is an important part of undergraduate teaching that comprehensively inspects students to master knowledge and skills,and is also an important basis for students to graduate and obtain degrees.However,from the overall situation of the current undergraduate graduation design(thesis),there is still the problem of paper quality.Such as inappropriate topic selection,lack of scientific and creative,writing normative deficiencies,plagiarism,fraud and even seriously write phenomenon.Social media-based learning support services combine various characteristics of social media,providing another feasible method to improve the quality of graduation design(thesis)and improve learners' independent learning ability.This study by analyzing the domestic and foreign learning support services,undergraduate course graduation design(thesis)and social media teaching application of related theory research,try to sum up its core issues and theoretical framework,and demonstrate through social media to provide undergraduate course graduation design(thesis)the feasibility of the learning support services.Combining with the analysis of learners' needs and the characteristics of the teaching content of undergraduate graduation project(thesis),this paper constructs the "one basis point and four dimensions" system.Which based on personnel support,and provides learners with resource support services,teachers' emotional support services,evaluation support services and technical support services.The research shows that learners have obvious preference differences in personnel support and resource support.They prefer dynamic learning resources and expanded learning resources.They tend to male instructors when they encounter professional problems,while emotional regulators tend to female instructors.Teachers' emotional support can significantly improve learners' learning burnout.Evaluation support has significant influence on learners' learning participation.Technical support has a certain influence on learners' autonomous learning ability,but it does not reach a significant level.In general,the social media-based undergraduate graduation design(thesis)learning support service system,based on the learning support service needs of students as the starting point,effectively improve the quality of undergraduate graduation design(thesis),and also improve students' independent learning ability.
