Normal school students,graduation design(thesis)is an important part in the process of teachers' professional development.At the same time,the basic education curriculum reform put forward new requirements for the cultivation and development of the normal school students.However,there are some questions when the normal school students' graduation design(thesis)put into prastice.The research on the normal school students' graduation design(thesis)are very few.So the implementation effect on normal school students' graduation design(thesis)research has the very vital significance.This research adopts literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and content analysis method to analyze the present implementation effect situation of normal school students' graduation design(thesis).The results show that the normal school students focus on theory when they write,write more based on other research and less based on innovation consciousness,independent consciousness and research ability.Author explores the reason from the normal school students,tutor and institution of graduation design(thesis).On the students' own aspect,teachers' professional socialization influences the behavior of normal students,the initial stage of teacher specialization has limitations and time management leads to the concept of utilitarianism.The reason of the tutor is that some teachers ignore the attention of "people" and give high qualified rate based on role identification.On institutional aspect,the arrangement on students' graduation design(thesis)has the time conflict on students' personal development,the research methods curriculum cannot meet the demand of students' research ability training,and it is difficult for the management of graduation design(thesis)to motivate students to improve the quality.Author puts forward some solving strategies about the impovement and innovation of the institution to solve the problems.On institutional improvement,we can follow the training mode of students,teachers and institutions whether in or after class.On institutional innovation,we can establish more autonomous ways for students to choose to satisfy their requirements of individuality development,make full use of the practice base to provide places for students'graduation design(thesis),explore the breakthrough single person working single topic model by team cooperation.
