Study On Risk Management Of International Student Project In A University

From the perspective of risk management,based on the analysis of the risks faced by the overseas students' project in A university in China,this paper will sort out the current situation of the risk management of the overseas students' project in A university,discuss the problems existing in the project management mechanism of the overseas students' project in A university,and put forward the risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and construction of the risk management system of the overseas students' risk management in A university from the perspective of risk management.Hope to study the management of foreign students in China put forward some reference significance and practical value.First of all,this paper introduces the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,sorts out the status quo of the research on risk management related to overseas students' projects at home and abroad,and makes clear that the research direction of this paper is to conduct risk management research and exploration on the basis of the overseas students' projects of domestic A universities.Secondly,risk identification was carried out from three aspects including key participants,daily management of students and external environment of the international student program of A university through meeting interview and browsing work cases.The risk of international students' project in A university was qualitatively evaluated by the method of conference and subjective score synthesis table,and the risk of A university was quantitatively evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process.Eventually induce,currently A college student project is the main risk faced by international students on A school's rules and discipline is not clear,dynamic information for international students to master the students staff inadequate and communication channel is not smooth,not in time and when there is emergency students project,A school response capacity is insufficient,all lead to A school students project risk.In order to cope with these major risks,A university needs to regulate the content of freshman training,make the international students more clear about the rules and disciplines of the university,strengthen the daily management ability of the staff of international students,and improve the health and safety guarantee of international students and the contingency plan of students' emergencies.Finally,the measures to deal with the major risks of the overseas students' project in A university were clarified,which promoted the establishment of the risk management system of the overseas students' project in A university.By sorting out and formulating the reporting system of the overseas students' project work in A university,the information communication channels for students were improved and the emergency response strategies for overseas students were formulated.At the same time,the organization structure and specific management responsibilities of the risk management responsibility of the overseas students' project of A university were clarified,which promoted the effectiveness of the risk supervision and the establishment of the risk incentive mechanism.
