Research On Improving The Quality Of Public Service For Government Talents

Along with the gradual deepening of the reform and opening up process and the arrival of an era of information and knowledge economy,many cities have fallen into the battle of attracting talent and wisdom.The exchange of talents has become more frequent.The development of government talent public services has become an important part of the Strategy of "Strengthening the Nation with Talents" and the construction of a service-oriented government.In recent years,the public service for talents of X municipal government has been gradually standardized and scaled.However,with the diversification of the demand for talent public services in various industries and different stages of development,the quality of talent public services faces severe challenges.In view of this,this paper focus the research on improving the quality of talent public service in X municipal governmen.Based on the internationally accepted satisfaction index model(ACSI model),this paper conducts a satisfaction survey of the largest and most influential talent public service organization in X city from the perspectives of public expectation,perceived quality,perceived value,public trust,and institutional image.In addition,based on the overall quality management theory and the new public service theory,this paper also refers to the advanced experience of talent public services in Xi'an,Beijing,Changsha,etc.,and explore the effective countermeasures toimprove the quality of talent public services in X city from four aspects,including innovating the service concept,strengthening the service team construction,optimizing the service foundation,and promoting the information construction.I hope that this research can enrich the researches of talent public service quality,and provide some reference for improving the efficiency and quality of talent public service in other regions.
