From “normal education” to “teacher education” is a development trend of teacher training worldwide since the 20 th century,and it is also a major change in China's teacher education at all levels since the new century.In 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued?the Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform and Construction of Teachers in the New Era?,and proposed an era strategy to vigorously revitalize teacher education,requiring the promotion of teacher education quality as the core,further promoting the reform and development of teacher education,and training high quality,Professional,innovative teachers.In 2019,the State Council issued?the Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform?,which once again launched a new round of comprehensive reforms in vocational education,and put forward new requirements for the quality of vocational education teachers.Implementing policy requirements and In view of the reality of the weakening of teacher education in vocational teacher education,it is imperative to improve the quality of teacher training in secondary vocational schools and implement vocational teacher education reform.Curriculum is the core of talent training.Only by focusing on curriculum reform can we get the root of teacher education in vocational education.Based on the above considerations,this study starts from the perspective of curriculum innovation and focuses on teacher-oriented education courses in secondary vocational schools teacher training courses.It comprehensively uses research methods such as literature research,comparative research,text analysis,and questionnaires method.Based on the research path of“theoretical support—experience reference—problem mining—clear demand—course construction”,it put forward the reform strategy of the secondary vocational schools teacher education curriculum.The purpose is to restructured the content system of pre-service and post-service teacher education in secondary vocational schools that highlights the requirements of the times,meets the needs of secondary vocational schools reform,and highlights vocational education characteristics.The reform provides the references for the state to establish the curriculum standard of secondary vocational schools teacher education.This research is mainly divided into the following six parts: The first part is an introduction to the research background,explaining the reasons for choosing the topics,showing the purpose and significance of the research,summarizing and evaluating the existing research results at home and abroad,and introducing the overall thinking and research methods of the research.The second part is the definition of the concept and the clarification of the theoretical basis.It clarifies the meaning of the core concepts which involved in the Institute,and gives a briefoverview of the teacher's knowledge theory and curriculum development target models based on the Institute.The third part is an analysis of the status of vocational teacher education courses at home and abroad.It summarized several major trends of curriculum reform of vocational teacher education in foreign countries,led by teacher professional standards,curriculum reform oriented by practice,modularization of curriculum structure,the curriculum content to be practical,teaching methods deeply integrated with professional courses and continuing education highlighting individualization.At the same time,by analyzing the current situation of teacher education courses for undergraduate teachers in 13 vocational and technical teachers' colleges in China,it is pointed out the problems existing in the curriculum system of vocational teacher education in China from the aspects of curriculum category,curriculum organization logic,curriculum name,curriculum content,curriculum characteristics and practical curriculum.The fourth part is a survey of the learning needs of teachers in secondary vocational schools.The survey of in-service teachers in secondary vocational schools has clarified their views that vocational teachers in secondary vocational schools on the educational knowledge and abilities should give priority to,and their current training needs in education literacy.The fifth part is the reform strategy of teacher education curriculum in secondary vocational schools.Combining the results of previous research,changing the basic thinking of the curriculum,this paper drew a new picture of the content structure of pre-service and post-service teacher education in secondary vocational schools and then put forward reform suggestions for curriculum implementation.The sixth part is the conclusion part,which summarizes the content of the full text,expounds the main innovations and areas for improvement in this article,and looks forward to the follow-up research.
