In the part of Development Task "The national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020)" points out that higher education should be optimized structure, show characteristics and the key aspect is to expand the scale of applied, versatile and skilled personnel training. To speed up the development of professional degree graduate education.In1996, The State Council Degree Committee decided to set Education Masters’ Degree and the stage of experiment was ended in2006. In2009the range of full-time master which primarily recruit fresh graduates was expanded. Full-time professional degree education as a new kind of training mode was on the historical stage.With strong education teaching ability, practice ability and professional development for the goal of cultivating full-time education masters’, as the important reserve talented person in the field of education in China which play an important role in the basic education reform and development. But there also exists some problems lies in training objective, curriculum provision, teachers, assessment methods and education practice which go against the cultivation of practice ability of full-time education masters.This paper focuses on the investigation of the cultivation of full-time education masters’ practice ability based on present situation. The full text includes five parts:The first part is introduction which briefly describes the background of the research, raise problems, related literature review, significance of the subject and main research methods; The second part theoretically made clear the connotation and structure of full-time education masters’ practice ability; The third part study the cultivation of practice ability of full-time education master based on the investigation of present situation from the aspects of training goal, the curriculum, teacher team construction, evaluation methods and education practice. Through the survey we found that the training link set exist many problems which influences the effect of the cultivation of practice ability to a great extent; The fourth part analyze the full-time education masters’ practice ability training from different angles based on the investigation results;The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the cultivation of practice ability of full-time education masters from clear training goal, perfect training mode, strengthening the construction of teachers’ team, set up a long-term dynamic feedback mechanism, hoping it’ll help improve the current situation of full-time education masters’ practice ability training.
