With the development of economy and the transformation of society, the society and labor market demand for specialized person showing a high-volume, multi-standard and high-level features. Full-time professional degree of graduate education has gradually become the focus of attention.This research of teaching on Full-time professional degree of graduate education based on the large teaching system, and construct the teaching system of "background-input-process-the results". This system concerns the practice-oriented teaching which is related to occupation or employment and chooses the grade2009full-time professional degree of graduates of seven211universities in Wuhan as the object of research. The purpose is to find out their views on Full-time professional degree of graduate education and review their experience of teaching situation range from the condition of teaching, the curriculum and classroom teaching, the practice teaching to the teaching management. The result of survey shows that the teaching effectiveness is not good, and there exist some problems. That is, the students’ recognition of full-time professional degree is in low. The library resources are not enough rich. The guidance of school instructors is inadequate; the practice teaching mentor can not meet the needs of the students. The curriculum relevance and applicability is not strong; as well as the lack of clarity of course objectives. The contraction between course content and industry is week. The teaching effect needs to be strengthened. The practice teaching is not fully in place, especially in research cooperation, which is urge to improve in the future.The management and investment of colleges and departments are generally insufficient, nor the establishment of appropriate teaching management system.In this research, the traditional concept of "Valuing Knowledge More than Proficiency" is the basic reason affecting the quality of teaching. The limitation of disciplinarily makes the professional degree confined to the closely guarded mode system, so that the union between university, government, business and industry sector is not establish, resulting the lack of effective interface between the full-time professional degree of graduate education and the vocational qualifications. The subjects of practice lack of understanding of the characteristics of professional degree, so they could not form communities of practice. The missing of practitioners’ identity cause they blur and dilute the characteristics of professional degree. The policies and institution establishment is not in place, leading to the teaching quality of professional degree graduate can not be guaranteed. For these problems, changing the concept of universities and employers is the first strategy. Breaking down the restrictions of professional degree lie in the disciplinary regulations training system. The subjects of practice should gain the identity of the practitioners to form communities of practice. Finally; the teaching quality of full-time professional degree graduate education needs the supporting of policy and institution.
