Early childhood education is a basic stage in the development of life education,or the beginning of stage of basic education in education,belongs to an important part of national system of consolidate and improve the quality of compulsory education is the basis of improving national quality guarantee,the development of the whole education system in our country plays a very important role.The rural population accounts for more than half of China's total population,so the development of rural preschool education directly affects the development of rural areas in all aspects,and even the development of the country's overall fortune.Countries attach great importance to the rural preschool education in China in recent years,successively put forward to focus on developing the rural preschool education,at the same time pay attention to the construction of the contingent of rural preschool teachers,X city in the third phase of pre-school education under the impetus of the development plan,the development of the city planning and practical implementation,the development of rural preschool education has the obvious improvement.But preschool teachers are the key to rural preschool education,playing a decisive role in the construction of rural preschool teachers can not be ignored.In this study,there are many problems in the construction of rural preschool teachers in X,such as unreasonable structure,poor working condition and difficulty in professional development,which affect the construction of preschool teachers,and rural preschool education stagnates.Therefore,in order to promote the rapid and good development of rural preschool education,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural preschool teachers.Based on the theory,this study analyzes the current situation of the construction of rural kindergartenl teachers in X city by questionnaire and interview,deeply explores the causes of problems,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for specific problems and causes.It is carried out in this way in turn.The object of this study is the preschool teachers in rural kindergartens in the surrounding towns of X(Tiangong-ying township,Zhonglixiang township,Xiaoxinzhuang township,Mazhuang township,Wangkou town,and Nanzhiqiu town).The questionnaire adopted by the author is "questionnaire on the construction of ruralpreschool teachers in peony district,Heze city,Shandong province".100 questionnaires were randomly selected to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaires,and the test results were good.The questionnaire compilation includes the basic situation of rural preschool teachers and the construction situation of rural preschool teachers.Through random sampling survey,a total of 250 questionnaires were distributed online and on the spot,with 241 valid questionnaires.The software Spss21.0 was used for statistical analysis of the questionnaire data.The results show that in the construction of preschool teachers in X rural areas,the structure of preschool teachers in terms of gender,age,education background and professional title is not reasonable,the number of preschool teachers with certificates is too small,the number gap is large,the establishment is in short supply,most of the substitute teachers are in short supply,the salary and welfare are low,the workload is large,and the training opportunities are few.In view of the problems existing in the construction process of rural preschool teachers in X county,this study puts forward the following Suggestions in order to improve the construction status of rural preschool teachers in X county.Second,improve the kindergarten management system,improve the professional level of kindergarten teachers;Thirdly,preschool teachers should enhance their sense of self-development.
