Pre-school education as an important part of national education system, is the foundation of basic education. The outcome of the development of preschool education, compulsory education, improve the quality of compulsory education and improving national quality is of great significance. Development of preschool education, teachers team construction is the key. Problem of pre-school education teachers team construction in our country at present stage, such as the shortage of rural preschool teachers’ quality is low, quantity, difficulty of title assess, if these problems can’t be settled well, for young children’s physical and mental development and the improvement of the overall level of the rural preschool teachers have the negative influence of cannot be underestimated. To speed up the construction of a noble ethics, love children, good business, reasonable structure of infant teachers has become a promote pre-school education, rapid and healthy development of the urgent requirements.This paper mainly used the interview method and questionnaire survey, investigation and study deeply and in detail the two districts district preschool education teachers construction situation, reveals the problems currently existing in the area of rural kindergarten teachers team construction, mainly manifested in the following aspects:(1) the gender structure of preschool teachers is not reasonable.(2) the lack of professional teachers, the overall professional quality is low.(3) early childhood teachers title evaluation difficult.(4) the preschool teachers’ stress in your life.(5) private kindergarten teachers need more attention.(6) preschool teachers’ professional development needs are not being met.In suqian two districts district preschool education teachers the analysis of the existing problems and reasons, this article from the policy level and education personal development level put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem of pre-school education teachers. Look from the policy level, the focus is on perfecting the system of preschool teacher training and expand the scale of preschool education teacher training; Perfecting the rural actual title assess and prepare the standard; To establish and perfect the system of the rural preschool teachers in training; Gradually improve the wages of rural preschool teachers; The government-led, establish and improve the preschool education management institution.
